TRAINING STRONGER AND STRONGER
Hello to all the #Hive and #SWC athletes. I send you my warmest regards and best wishes that you may become stronger and more consistent in your progress every day. Today I want to share my day with the Michelena Clan AST team, with whom I had a very enriching experience. We enjoyed a training space full of group dynamics, freestyle, and routine reviews. I was joined by my teammates @mclionblack-sw and @larios-sw, with whom we analyzed my progress to assess our improvements. During my session, I focused my training on basic exercises, performed with greater intensity.
I started with a series of "little angels" or Korean Dips, performing 10 repetitions with a 3-minute rest between sets. I focused on maintaining good technique and posture, as this exercise is excellent for strengthening the shoulders and biceps. Next, I moved on to barbell rows, always seeking to maintain body alignment and clean execution. I did about 8 reps per set, with 4-minute breaks to properly recover.
Finally, I added push-ups on the parallel bars, an ideal exercise for strengthening my chest. I did 3 sets of 20 reps, with 3-minute breaks between each. This workout, guided and supported by Clan AST members, not only helped me improve physically but also motivated me to continue pushing myself and growing within the world of calisthenics.
