Front Lever Routine
Hi, how's the #Hive and #SWC family? I hope all the athletes who make a living in this incredible community are doing well. I send you a big hug. Today I want to share a little about my training day, during which I was completely focused on working on the Front Lever Pull Up. I'm training at the house of my friend @mclionblack-sw, who always accompanies me, corrects my mistakes, and guides me to perfect every detail of my technique. As always, I started the day with a good warm-up and general stretching to prepare my body and properly activate my muscles. This warm-up took approximately 40 minutes, prioritizing shoulder, scapula, and core mobility, which are essential for the Front Lever.
I then moved on to the initial progressions, starting with Advanced Pull Ups and holding the full Front Lever position for a few seconds. I performed two repetitions of this exercise, resting three minutes between each set to maintain the quality of the movement. After that, I continued with Half Front Lever Pull-Ups, which served as an intermediate activation phase before entering the intense part of the workout.
Finally, I arrived at the main routine, where I performed Front Lever Pull-Ups at maximum intensity. I performed three sets, with five-minute rests between each to maintain energy and proper technique. At the end of the session, I took time to stretch again, focusing on my lats, shoulders, and triceps, helping to reduce muscle fatigue and promote recovery.

I thank you for taking the time to read my post, I hope you like it and follow me for more.
