My morning workout
Hello everyone at #HIVE and #SWC, I send a warm greeting to all the athletes who are part of this great community. Today I'm training at the home of @mclionblack-sw, who very kindly lent me his space. It's fully equipped with all the necessary equipment to complete a full workout and continue progressing on my journey as a calisthenics athlete.
To start, I did a short warm-up using resistance bands. This warm-up focused primarily on my joints, prioritizing the shoulders, biceps, and triceps, areas I consider key to my practice. Then, to continue activating my body, I did a series of basic exercises that included pull-ups, L-sits, and handstands, which I repeated twice, pausing for one minute between each set. All of this helped prepare my body for the main routine.
Para cerrar el entrenamiento, hice una buena sesión de estiramientos enfocados nuevamente en hombros, bíceps y tríceps, lo que me ayuda a evitar dolores musculares durante el resto del día.
After the warm-up, I moved on to working on my balance with a handstand, trying to hold it for 10 seconds per repetition. Afterward, I practiced the full back lever, also aiming for 10-second holds. I performed this part of the routine in four sets, with 3 to 4-minute rest periods, focusing on improving my technique and execution of both movements. My goal is to continue honing my static elements with focus and consistency.
