Hello, people from #Hive and #SWC. I'm here to tell you about my static demonstration in Michelena, Táchira, where we were able to show how much we've trained our statics, share our weaknesses with each other, and, at the same time, observe how much we've improved. First, we organized the presentation with @mclionblack-sw and @larios-sw, as well as other athletes who practice calisthenics in the municipality. We initially planned to meet at Bolívar Square in Michelena, and once there, we began with a general warm-up to prepare our joints and perform basic variations of the tricks we would perform later. This warm-up was essential to avoid injuries and get into the rhythm for the exhibition.

Después de calentar adecuadamente, iniciamos la demostración. En mi caso, realicé un combo sencillo que incluyó front lever pull-ups, handstand push-ups y planche straddle. Por su parte, los demás atletas ejecutaron diversos trucos, destacando algunos movimientos como victorias en barra, front lever y handstand, que captaron la atención de los presentes. A medida que transcurría la demostración, varias personas, incluyendo niños y jóvenes, se acercaron para observar. Fue motivador ver cómo se asombraban y mostraban interés por este deporte, lo cual es uno de nuestros principales objetivos: inspirar a otros a practicar calistenia.

After warming up properly, we began the demonstration. In my case, I performed a simple combo that included front lever pull-ups, handstand push-ups, and planche straddle. Meanwhile, the other athletes performed various tricks, highlighting some moves such as pull-up bar pull-ups, front levers, and handstands, which caught the attention of those in attendance. As the demonstration progressed, several people, including children and young people, came forward to watch. It was motivating to see their amazement and interest in this sport, which is one of our main goals: to inspire others to practice calisthenics.

Finalmente, nos trasladamos a la cancha de fútbol Santa Rita, también en Michelena, donde realizamos una pequeña exhibición complementaria, manteniendo la misma dinámica y energía de la plaza. En resumen, fue un día muy enriquecedor, compartiendo entre atletas y comprobando el progreso que cada uno ha logrado en este hermoso deporte llamado calistenia.

Finally, we moved to the Santa Rita soccer field, also in Michelena, where we held a small complementary exhibition, maintaining the same dynamic and energy of the plaza. In short, it was a very enriching day, sharing among athletes and seeing the progress each one has made in this beautiful sport called calisthenics.
