Entrenamiento de front lever [ESP-ENG]
front lever training [ESP-ENG]
Greetings friends of #SWC and #HIVE, today I want to share with you what for me are 3 of the best exercises for front lever. This post is more aimed at beginners who started their path on the front lever, we will be talking more specifically about the tuck adv progression. This progression is basic for our front lever training and is the key to obtaining it. It is important to have good control and mastery in this progression and if you don't have it, this is what the post is for. As the first exercise we have Negative tuck adv, this exercise helps us gain leverage strength in the middle of the eccentric phase of the movement. For the second exercise we are going to need a low height bar, I call this exercise tuck adv from lean, it is about marking the tuck adv position but only using lever force to raise ourselves, once the marked one is made, lower it controlling the eccentric And the third exercise is tuck to tuck adv, this exercise helps the front posture, benefits the strength of your front lever, strengthening scapular retraction and its lever.

Thank you reader friends, see you in a future post
