Ayer empecé a entrenar a las 5:40 de la tarde. Directamente, me dirigí a mi ruta de siempre para trotar y entrar en calor. Pasé por Villa Betania y noté que pude subir la cuesta más empinada con más soltura y menos cansancio que antes. Luego regresé a casa para cambiarme y fui directamente al parque de barras a entrenar. Como siempre, al llegar me preparé y empecé mi entrenamiento de fuerza. Los ejercicios que hice fueron front lever y full plancha, claro en sus diferentes variantes. Mi enfoque fue más a los power moves de los ejercicios ya mencionados, pero más a los front lever. Gracias a Dios, he podido realizar gran parte de los ejercicios de buena manera. De hecho, la lesión que he estado presentando en el bíceps derecho ha estado mejorando, duele un poco menos. No me ha ido mal recuperando lo perdido, sobre todo en la ejecución de la full planche, que es donde más suele afectarme la zona de la lesión. Y bueno, así he podido ir avanzando en la rutina hasta llegar a las 9:00 de la noche. En ese momento culminé mi entrenamiento, recogí mis cosas y me fui directamente a casa a descansar.

Yesterday I started training at 5:40 in the afternoon. I headed straight to my usual route to jog and warm up. I went through Villa Betania and noticed that I was able to climb the steeper hill with more ease and less fatigue than before. Then I returned home to change and went straight to the barre park to train. As always, when I arrived I got ready and started my strength training. The exercises I did were front lever and full plank, of course in their different variations. My focus was more on the power moves of the aforementioned exercises, but more on the front lever. Thankfully, I have been able to perform most of the exercises well. In fact, the injury I've been having in my right biceps has been getting better, it hurts a little less. I have not been bad recovering what I lost, especially in the execution of the full planche, which is where the area of the injury usually affects me the most. And well, I've been able to move forward in the routine until 9:00 at night. At that time I finished my training, gathered my things and went straight home to rest.
