Reactivándome a la rutina de entrenamiento semanal, dejándoles en esta ocasión unas cuantas fotografías del día lunes (11 de noviembre 2024).
Desde el día domingo tenía el conocimiento por el pronóstico climático, de que llovería, aunque no lo creía, ya que gran parte del día no paso nada hasta las 5:00 pm, que se terminó cumpliendo el dicho pronóstico, pero al menos no duro tanto tiempo, dándome chance para salir a entrenar al parque de barras, a las 6:45 pm.
A pesar de que pensé que no habría llegado nadie a entrenar, aun así, fui, resultando que sí había gente entrenando, al menos el Brother @lijou-cv y Eduardo. R. Ya estando en el lugar, de buena vez, me preparé y empecé a entrenar. Siendo el primer día de entrenamiento en la semana, claro, no fue con tanta intensidad, pero sí en la dificultad de ejecución de los ejercicios realizados, más que todo enfocándome a variantes de "Full planche", y algunos trucos de dinámicos en la barra alta para no perderle costumbre.
Termine de entrenar a las 8:50 pm aproximadamente, pero me quede hasta más tarde acompañado a @lijou-cv, que aún no terminaba de entrenar, por lo que nos fuimos a las 9:40 pm, cada quien a su casa descansar para el siguiente día de entreno.

Reactivating myself to the weekly training routine, leaving you with a few pictures of Monday (November 11, 2024).
Since Sunday I had the knowledge from the weather forecast that it would rain, although I did not believe it, since most of the day nothing happened until 5:00 pm, which ended up fulfilling the forecast, but at least it did not last so long, giving me a chance to go out to train at the park bars, at 6:45 pm.
Although I thought that no one would have come to train, even so, I went, and it turned out that there were people training, at least Brother @lijou-cv and Eduardo. A. Once I was at the place, I got ready and started training. Being the first day of training in the week, of course, it was not with such intensity, but it was in the difficulty of execution of the exercises performed, mostly focusing on variants of "Full planche", and some dynamic tricks on the high bar to not lose the habit.
I finished training at 8:50 pm approximately, but I stayed until later accompanied @lijou-cv, who still had not finished training, so we left at 9:40 pm, each one to his house to rest for the next day of training.
