Desde este martes (30 de abril 2024), empecé esta semana de entrenamiento con otro método de adaptación, enfocado a "Powerfree". Anteriormente, los ejercicios de "PULL Up" y "Push Up" los entrenaba por separado, ósea, un día enfocado para cada área, pero esta vez me decidí por cambiar eso, ahora los entreno en el mismo día, pero claro, con cierta variación en la dificultad e intensidad.
Y como podrán apreciar en el vídeo, inicié con duración máxima de "Full Planche" y "Front Lever", y luego procedí a los combos, con la idea de poner a prueba mi resistencia a cada uno de los ejercicios isométricos.
Esperaba un poco más de mí, aunque al menos rendí lo suficientemente para esta nueva manera de entrenar, que recién estoy implementando.
Y gracias al Brother (Angelo.P) por permitirnos usar su dispositivo para grabar algunas tomas 🎞️🙏🏻.

Since this Tuesday (April 30, 2024), I started this week of training with another method of adaptation, focused on "Powerfree". Previously, I trained the "PULL Up" and "Push Up" exercises separately, that is, one day focused on each area, but this time I decided to change that, now I train them in the same day, but of course, with some variation in difficulty and intensity.
And as you can see in the video, I started with maximum duration of "Full Planche" and "Front Lever", and then proceeded to the combos, with the idea of testing my resistance to each of the isometric exercises.
I expected a little more from myself, but at least I performed well enough for this new way of training, which I am just implementing.
