This game rule gives all monsters the Rage ability which makes them more powerful the moment they get below 100% health which is a very fun and interesting dynamic. The Attack, Speed both increase which especially works well for monsters that are already fast since it increases the chance of misses even more. Generally I try to play the speed game with this rule with the following as some of the Tank Monsters that I like to use are the Nightmare, the Nectar Quees, or the Uriel The Purifier.
Monsters with the Fly / Dodge ability or Self-Heal are also suited as those abilities increase their survivability. I recently got my Lily Shield Paw to Level 3 and put it to use in this match which aside from Fury also had the Earthquake & No Magic rules.
One of the reasons why I opted for the dragon Lily Shielpaw Summoner is because it has a lot of monsters with th Fly Ability available. I also split Melee and Ranged attack 50/50. The Uriel The Purifier was my main tank followed by the Carnage Titan which does a lot of damage and has the shield ability that can't be countered since there is no magic allowed while the earthquake only does 1 damage each round. The Dragon Jumper also has high speed, good damage output and is protected against Earthquake damage since Lily gives some heal each round. As Ranged monsters I played the Runic Skyclaw which I still need to get to a higher level, the Fire Spitter, & the Cornealus which also has self-heal to stay aive.
My opponent actually played a very good combo for these game rules with the Soulbound Reward cards Noa The Just + Kulu Mastermind. Since that 1st one was given melee attack it also benefited from the speed boost which made it nearly impossible to hit. The fact that I had more monsters with the Fly Ability helped me win this match.
