…Necesitamos vender, pero más necesitamos construir algo que dure, y eso solo se logra con relaciones, no con descuentos. Porque cerrar ventas es fácil, pero abrir corazones… eso es otra cosa.

...We need to sell, but more than that we need to build something that lasts, and that only comes with relationships, not discounts. Because closing sales is easy, but opening hearts... that's something else.

¿Estoy creando experiencias o solo cobrando facturas?
¿La gente me recuerda por lo que vendí o por cómo los traté?
¿Mis clientes sienten que me importan… o que solo quiero su plata?

This week, with the permission of @akrros, we take the theme of his post 🇪🇸|🇬🇧 - Fideliza o Fracasa - Build Loyalty or Fail, where looking at our venture, he invites us to ask ourselves:

Am I creating experiences or just collecting bills?
Do people remember me for what I sold or how I treated them?
Do my customers feel I care about them... or do I just want their money?

Comenzamos resaltando los contenidos que presentan emprendimientos nuevos, agregamos a este renglón a los emprendedores que promocionan, dentro de la comunidad, sus emprendimientos, haciendo de la comunidad una vitrina para sus productos y servicios. We begin by highlighting the contents that present new ventures, we add to this line the entrepreneurs who promote, within the community, their ventures, making the community a showcase for their products and services.
