PukuMundo Training... Upper Body in Action. Hey my sporty and rocker people, today we have one of those routines that I like, combined. Certainly we are going to perform push-ups, but they will have some explosive and fun variations. We know that push-ups allow the development and strengthening of the upper muscles, however, with the combinations to which I refer; the core and leg musculature will also benefit, so my friends let's all go straight into action.

PukuMundo Training... Tren Superior en Acción. Hey mi gente deportiva y rockera, hoy tenemos una rutina de esas que a mí me gustan, combinadas. Ciertamente vamos a ejecutar flexiones, pero las mismas tendrán unas variantes explosivas y divertidas. Sabemos que las flexiones permiten el desarrollo y fortalecimiento de los músculos superiores, sin embargo, con las combinaciones a las cuales hago referencia; la musculatura del núcleo y piernas, también se verán beneficiadas, así que amigos míos vamos todos directo a la acción.
Mandatory Warm-Ups
Today's session starts with the powerful warm-ups, a stage that is mandatory and not to be missed, raise the temperature and keep your heart rate in tune. Active with the warm-up 1, skater. Then, active with the warm-up 2, torso twisting pear slams.
For the warm-up movements, we have to do at least 3 minutes for each of them. If the body is not yet ready to move on to the next stage, you should warm up a little more. Station 2, pseudo planche pushups. There's not much explanation for this exercise, because the upper musculature will undoubtedly be on fire. Triceps, trapezius, shoulders, arms, wrists and if that wasn't enough, the abdomen and quads are also activated. Pure power, let's go with 20 reps in 4 sets.
Station 3, classic pushups plus leap frog. The power of classic pushups, combined with the explosion of frog jumps, with nothing more to say, we are in the presence of a super complete exercise. We're going with 20 reps in 4 sets. Lead

Ahora, con este ejercicio el tren superior en pleno se activa de forma extraordinaria. El abdomen en su zona oblicua tiene su dosis de tensión y el tren inferior trabaja en segundo plano. Nos vamos con 20 repeticiones 4 series.
Estación 2, flexiones pseudo planche. Este ejercicio no tiene mucha explicación, porque sin duda alguna la musculatura superior quedará en llamas. Tríceps, trapecios, hombros, brazos, muñecas y por si fuera poco, el abdomen y los cuádriceps también se activan. Puro poder, vamos con 20 repeticiones en 4 series.
Estación 3, flexiones clásicas más salto de rana. El poder de las flexiones clásicas, combinadas con la explosión de los saltos de rana, sin más nada que decir, estamos en presencia de un ejercicio súper completo. Nos vamos con 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Plomo
