Hey, mi amigos adictos al rock, como siempre venimos cargados de mucha energía con una rutina que nos dejará sin aliento, porque vamos a mover los brazos, abdomen y todo el tren inferior a millón. Los movimientos de hoy traen consigo una combinación sabrosa, y ustedes saben que a mí me encanta que todos los músculos trabajen. Así que vamos todos a activarnos con estos ejercicios, que nos dejarán benéficos corporales increíbles. Acción.
The training begins with the obligatory warm-up, a phase impossible to forget, since it raises the body temperature and heart rate, in addition, we avoid possible injuries. Active with warm-up 1, elbow flexion plus torso twist. Then, active with warm-up 2, skater with opposite foot touch.

Con este ejercicio fortalecemos todo el tren superior y le añadimos sabor a los dorsales. Nos vamos con 20 repeticiones 4 series de puro poder y no olviden contraer todo el núcleo.
Estación 2, estocadas frontales más elevaciones laterales. Seguimos indetenibles con otro movimiento combinado. Con las estocadas le damos acción al tren inferior y al abdomen. Además, con las elevaciones laterales con la mancuerna, activamos los brazos y hombros, sin dejar de lado la zona dorsal. Acción completa en 20 repeticiones por 4 series. Al ritmo del rock.
Estación 3, sentadilla sumo más elevaciones frontales. Las sentadillas van dirigidas al tren inferior y con las sumo ponemos a trabajar los cuádriceps, glúteos, pantorrillas, isquiotibiales y aductores. Las elevaciones frontales con la mancuerna, permiten la activación de brazos y hombros. Nos vamos con 20 repeticiones en 4 series, por lado.
