My triceps are starting to show, and that's made me realize I'm not training my biceps enough, lol. I touched them last time, and they felt really flabby. I mentally reviewed my exercises, and I only had one isolated exercise dedicated to biceps.
It happened that I was planning something at work but everything has been kind of down and well, it has affected many things I had in mind, and also other factors with people have been affecting me
