Hola comunidad de #hive, especialmente la comunidad de @HiveRun. Bienvenido a mi Blog, hoy les traigo el día 6 del reto de 21 días de @hiverun, en el cual está vez estuve acompañado de mi hermano menor Abrahán, nos fuimos por la tarde después de que dejo de llover a la muralla de Marigüitar, el ambiente estaba frío, nos fuimos caminando hasta allá, y comenzamos haciendo un recorrido en la muralla, en el cual completamos con éxito los 5,01 km en unos 26 minutos y 24 segundos, en un ritmo promedio de 5 minutos y 16 segundos por kilómetros recorridos, mi parcial más rápido fue 4 minutos y 39 segundos, en el último kilómetro, lo tome como un remate de carrera, espero que mi hermano me acompañe, así tengo alguien que me aguante el trote y me haga competencia a la vez
Esta vez estuvo pasable el recorrido, no sentí mucho cansancio y estuve en la mejor compañía de mi hermano, que me aguantó el trote por todo el recorrido de los 5km y me alegro su compañía. Espero seguir manteniendo el ritmo en unos 5 minutos por km hasta que pueda recuperarme y alcanzar un ritmo constante desde 3 a 4 minutos por kilómetro.
Después de haber culminado los 5k, me uní con mi hermano a mis compañeros de calistenia para seguir mis entrenamientos, en el cual hicimos varios ejercicios de pecho y tríceps y volvimos a casa a descansar, mañana tengo ganas de salir en la mañana con mi mamá @neilamarcano, se me hace forzado por las tardes, después de correr, entrenar calistenia, es la mejor opción que veo factible, esperemos mañana a ver cómo me va. This time the run was passable, I didn't feel too tired and I was in the best company of my brother, who kept me going for the whole 5km and I'm glad for his company. I hope to continue keeping the pace at about 5 minutes per km until I can recover and reach a steady pace from 3 to 4 minutes per kilometer.
After finishing the 5k, I joined my brother and my calisthenics partners to continue my workouts, in which we did several chest and triceps exercises and went home to rest, tomorrow I'm looking forward to go out in the morning with my mom @neilamarcano, I'm forced in the afternoon, after running, calisthenics training is the best option I see feasible, let's wait tomorrow to see how it goes.
