Hello, el día de hoy volví a salir a correr, esta vez acompañando a una amiga, @felicia1, aunque solo me pudo acompañar por 1 km y luego de eso, continué el recorrido sola. Esta es ya mi 5ta carrera y como les contaré en un instante, me siento muy bien de haber comenzado y continuado corriendo estos días.
Me puse de acuerdo con mi amiga para correr, para no correr sola, lo que no es recomendable y menos tan temprano por la mañana. Logré correr un total de 2.72 kilómetros, en un tiempo de 26 minutos. Físicamente, me encontraba muy bien, pero me dio pena seguir corriendo sola, por lo que decidí para allí la carrera.
Aunque no había realizado carreras de este tipo antes, debo confesar que siempre me ha gustado caminar rápido, por lo que mi cuerpo no se ha resentido estos días. El domingo sí sentí dolor en las piernas, pero eso se lo atribuyo al hecho de que ese día corrí en la mañana y en la tarde, además de haberlo hecho el viernes y el sábado. Pero ya para el lunes estaba como nueva. Cualquier consejo que quieran darme, lo pueden dejar aquí en los comentarios, porque mi idea es seguir mejorando.
