Hola amigos de esta activa comunidad de hive run, espero se encuentren bien y fortalecidos con sus rutinas de entrenamiento. Les cuento que hoy salí a trotar después de no poder hacerlo el fin de semana debido a que llegamos un poco tarde y solo pudo hacerlo mi esposo, pero agradezco poder trotar el día de hoy.
Además aprovecho que ya entramos en las ansiadas vacaciones lo que me permite tener un poco más de tiempo para trotar, ejercitarme y también publicar.
Hoy decidí correr por la ruta que normalmente tránsito, salí después de las 6 de la tarde aprovechando que ya el sol había bajado y el clima esta algo fresco, también contando con que no oscureciera tan rápido. Últimamente está oscureciendo tarde así que podemos trotar un poco más cerca de las 7 pm y aun tener claridad.
Me sentí bien aunque un poco cansada debido al ajetreo final de la semana pasada, pero definitivamente muy bien y lista para seguir entrenando y ejercitándome, lo cual me permite sumar kilómetros a mi salud y también seguir avanzando como runner dentro de esta hermosa comunidad de hive run.
Lo único malo fue que una señora me escupió al pasarle a un lado, no sé si está mal de la cabeza o algo pero era una señora mayor, me molesto mucho, sentí que me hirvió la sangre pero bueno Dios tenga misericordia, del resto todo bien y hasta un manguito me conseguí.
Esta semana es posible que vuelva a trotar el jueves y también el sábado, así que activándome nuevamente.

Hello friends of this active hive run community, I hope you are well and strengthened with your training routines. I tell you that today I went jogging after not being able to do it on the weekend because we arrived a little late and only my husband could do it, but I am grateful to be able to jog today.
I am also taking advantage of the fact that we are now in the long awaited vacations, which allows me to have a little more time to jog, exercise and also to publish.
Today I decided to run along the route I normally take, I left after 6 pm taking advantage of the fact that the sun had already gone down and the weather is a little cool, also counting on the fact that it didn't get dark so fast. Lately it's getting dark late so we can jog a bit closer to 7 pm and still have clarity.
I felt good although a little tired due to the final rush of last week, but definitely very good and ready to keep training and exercising, which allows me to add miles to my health and also keep moving forward as a runner within this beautiful hive run community.
The only bad thing was that a lady spit on me when I passed her, I don't know if she is sick in the head or something but it was an old lady, it bothered me a lot, I felt that my blood boiled but well God have mercy, otherwise everything was fine and I even got a muff.
This week I'm likely to jog again on Thursday and also on Saturday, so getting active again.
