Today I thought I was going all out to break my personal record but it was all a deception, the heat was very strong and the fatigue and sweating I had was because of the weather and not because of the effort.
For a moment I thought it was going to be a great day as you can see how cloudy it was, but between the humidity and the smoke I had a lot of energy and skill left, I know it was not a bad training but not the one I had in my mind.
Tomorrow will be another day maybe the body will be warmer and in conditions to do better, I share with you my activity in Strava.

Queridos amigos estoy por aquí de nuevo, hoy inicie mi semana de entrenamientos un poco tarde lo sé pero ayer justo cuando iba camino a entrenar me llamaron del colegio de mi hijo que no tenía clases y tuve que devolverme y llevarlo a casa, esto me tomo el tiempo de mi entrenamiento y tuve que desistir.
El día de hoy pensé que iba con todo a romper record personal pero todo fue un engaño el calor estaba muy fuerte y la fatiga y sudoración que tenía era por el clima y no por el esfuerzo.
Por un momento pensé que iba a ser un gran día por como verán lo nublado que estaba, pero entre la humedad y el humo que se respira me resto energía y habilidad, se que no fue del todo mal el entrenamiento fue uno muy bueno pero no el que llevaba en mi mente.
Mañana será otro día quizás el cuerpo esté más caliente y en condiciones de poder hacerlo mejor, les comparto mi actividad en Strava.
