Dear friends a new week of training that adds up, this week a little complicated but something is trained to continue adding for the Caracas rock 2025.
This week I managed to train two days from home, I think that this route I have to do it a lot to be prepared for the race, the good thing about this route is that it has many slopes in the race area.
The day Thursday I left very early reaching 5k as I have already told in other opportunities the first kilometer and a half is going up and with a cold body but we still managed to keep the pace until the end, the new plan is to return the next climb which is after kilometer 3.
Once I managed to do this 5k out and back route without stopping I can be ready for the first 5k of the race since I know the highway where the race takes place and I know that it has its slope the first k.
On Friday I repeated the route but added a flat section to make the first kilometer without ascent and thus be warmer for the ascent this day I managed to complete 6k.
I like how my body is behaving these routes make me be active during the day and without discomfort what I want is to go adding more distances to have the same conditions for the 10k.
This week I hope to go to the store from home, this route has 8k and I can do two days looking to add distances to make the 10k.

Queridos amigos una nueva semana de entrenamiento que se suma, está semana un poco complicada pero algo se entreno para seguir sumando para la Caracas rock 2025.
Está semana alcance a entrenar dos días desde casa, pienso que está ruta tengo que hacerla bastante para estar preparado para la carrera, lo bueno de esta ruta es que tiene muchos desnivel en área de carrera.
El día jueves salí bien temprano alcanzando a cumplir 5k como ya he contado en otras oportunidades el primer kilómetro y medio es subiendo y con el cuerpo frío pero seguimos logrando mantener el ritmo hasta el final, el nuevo plan es poder retornar el siguiente ascenso que es después del kilómetro 3.
Una vez que logré hacer está ruta ida y vuelta de 5k sin parar puedo estar listo para los primeros 5k de la carrera ya que conozco la autopista donde se hace la carrera y se que tiene su desnivel los primeros k.
El viernes repetí la ruta pero le agregué un tramo plano para hacer el primer kilómetro sin ascenso y así estar más caliente para el ascenso este día logré cumplir 6k.
Me gusta como se está comportando mi cuerpo estás rutas me hacen estar activo durante el día y sin molestias lo que quiero es ir sumando más distancias para tener esas mismas condiciones para los 10k.
Ya está semana comienza las vacaciones espero ir hasta la tienda desde la casa, está ruta tiene 8k y puedo hacer dos días buscando sumarle distancias para hacer los 10k.
Vamos a iniciar la semana y vamos viendo cómo se desenvuelve así que nos seguiremos viendo...
