Dear friends one more week that adds to our training, this week for external causes I trained little, I really want to reach the 40k in a week and keep them but it is making me uphill.
This week I trained 3 days a day of mountain and two days of asphalt, one of 5k and today I went out with everything to test how we are doing for the 10k.
The workouts are going well but I don't understand why I don't improve my times.
For example in the mountain has a 1k segment and I can jog more than 300mts but my time in strava is still similar, I don't expect to lower 3 minutes to the segment but I really don't understand what happens.
On the other hand today taking advantage of the fact that the park where my wife trains was closed for the elections I went for a run with intentions to give it my all.
I did 10k with nothing out of this world but I was annoyed with myself that I only got 1:15min in the 10k, I was annoyed because I already had two workouts under that time.
I don?t know how to justify this deficiency although looking at my analysis in the application I noticed that although today the time wasn?t the best but the constancy in the jogging was much better, anyway I?m going to leave in the images the two cadences in the different workouts.
This week I'm going to increase the time and distance in training because my real aspirations for the race is to achieve a minimum of 1:05 so we have to see how to get that 10 minutes down the course...

Queridos amigos una semana más que se suma a nuestros entrenamientos, está semana por causas causas externas entrene poco, de verder quiero alcanzar los 40k en una semana y mantenerlos pero se me está haciendo cuesta arriba.
Esta semana entrene 3 días un día de montaña y dos días de asfalto uno de 5k y el día de hoy que salí con todo a probar como vamos para los 10k.
Los entrenamientos van bien aunque no entiendo porque no mejoro mis tiempos.
Por ejemplo en la montaña tiene un trayecto de 1k el segmento y ya puedo trotar más de 300mts pero mi tiempo en strava sigue similar, no espero bajar 3 minutos al segmento pero de verdad no entiendo que sucede.
Por otro lado el hoy aprovechando que el parque donde entrena mi esposa estaba cerrado por las elecciones me fui a correr con intenciones de darlo todo.
Hice 10k sin nada más allá del otro mundo pero si me molestó conmigo mismo que solo conseguí 1:15min en los 10k, me molestó porque ya tenia dos entrenamientos por debajo de ese tiempo.
No se cómo justificar está deficiencia aunque viendo mis analisis en la aplicación si note que a pesar de que hoy el tiempo no fue el mejor si fue mucho mejor la constancia en el trote, de todas maneras voy a dejar en las imágenes las dos cadencias en los diferentes entrenamientos.
Esta semana voy a incrementar el tiempo y distancia en los entrenamientos porque de verdad mis aspiraciones para la carrera es lograrlo en un mínimo de 1:05 así que hay que ver cómo bajar esos 10 minutos del recorrido...a
