I simplified the name of this coffee, to Blue Batak or Lintong Arabica Coffee. For sure, both are the same. For coffee enthusiasts in North Sumatra, the naming of coffee with Blue Batak signifies confidence in the taste and quality of the coffee.

My body was just asking for a cup of frothy coffee because my body needed to recharge its energy, that's what coffee really is for me, a recharge of energy, a feeling of calm, peace, and tranquility in my body and mind. It is the minutes for me, to think about what I feel, what I want, and what I want to do during the day.

I must say that in terms of aroma there is not so much with the press that when brewed in the coffee maker or brewed in the brewer.
This seems important to me to say it since the aroma is always important to activate the senses, normally the aroma of this same coffee impregnates the whole house when preparing it in the coffee shop with the press.

The texture of the ground coffee is very, very fine, which means that after brewing it practically becomes a swamp and it is difficult to remove it from the filter, besides if we wanted to reuse the remains to take full advantage of it, the process of the coffee maker becomes difficult because the water does not circulate easily.

%, but Tanzania is mentioned first, so I guess it's
the main part. And meanwhile, I can taste if an espresso
bean is from Africa or from South America/the Caribbean.

I can taste the humidity in the bean, and most African
beans taste a little drier than South American coffee beans.

"Coffee in the morning is a gift, it's always a medicine." Even though I was very afraid, it turned out that the coffee I drank this morning made my mind calmer. At first, my husband refused to make me coffee, he said I shouldn't drink too much coffee, coffee contains caffeine. After arguing for too long, I finally called the doctor and he said that it was okay for me to drink coffee, but not more than a glass.

When we stepped inside, there were still a lot of people drinking coffee and enjoying their desserts. We were fortunate to have a table to ourselves and were able to sit comfortably. Alyyssa ordered the drink, but instead of coffee, we all got lemonade since we needed to sleep and were terrified of not being able to sleep right away when we get back to our room. Coffee and a cake at Le Cygne. It’s a small French patisserie and coffee shop certainly one of my local favourites. It has expanded over the years and now has a Deli after taking over the shop next door. Cost wise it‘s a little more expensive than the average cafe in Dawlish but the quality is amazing and worth paying a little extra.

What I love most about enjoying a cup of coffee in the mornings is when the weather dawns super cool with a temperature even colder than normal.
