Hello Newbies! For a while, the newbies initiative took a break from the newbie's author of the week because of the onboarding of the new set of newbies into the program.
Right now, we are happy to extend this support to these newbies and also to appreciate their awesome contents.
¡Hola novatos! Durante un tiempo, la iniciativa de los novatos se tomó un descanso del autor novato de la semana debido a la incorporación del nuevo grupo de novatos al programa.
En este momento, estamos felices de extender este apoyo a estos novatos y también de apreciar sus increíbles contenidos.
WHAT IS ‘NEWBIE OF THE WEEK’ ABOUT?
This means that every week, we would be selecting posts of 4 newbies that are participants in the Newbies Initiative program and are also actively engaged with other fellow newbies.
This way, newbies who put in their best efforts would be encouraged to keep doing so.
In summary:
- Four (4) posts of authors participating in the Newbies Initiative would be selected every week
- Winners would be selected via polls through the leo thread.
- Winner takes 60% of author rewards and 20% goes to weekly tops for Hive Marketing purposes.
- Weekly announcements would be made every Friday.
¿DE QUÉ TRATA EL NOVATO DE LA SEMANA?
Esto significa que cada semana seleccionaremos los mensajes de 4 novatos que participen en la Iniciativa Newbiees y que también participen activamente con otros compañeros novatos.
De esta forma, los novatos que se esfuercen al máximo se verán animados a seguir haciéndolo.
En resumen:
- Cada semana se seleccionarían cuatro (4) posts de autores participantes en la Iniciativa Newbies
- Los ganadores se seleccionarían mediante encuestas a través del leo thread
- El ganador se lleva el 60% de las recompensas de los autores y el 20% se destina a los tops semanales con fines de Hive Marketing
- Los anuncios semanales se harían cada viernes.
