ENERGY REFILL CONTEST
This week has been very wonderful for the contest, we had 45 wonderful submissions full of motivation, reflective phrases, good advices and above all full of positive energy.

First of all i must say that i am very grateful to all the participants and those who helped make this contest possible, the truth is that it was very difficult to choose the winners, but you have to choose, here they are:

Esta semana ha sido muy buena para el concurso, tuvimos 45 maravillosas entradas llenas de motivación, frases reflexivas y sobre todo llenas de energía positiva.

Antes que nada debo decir que estoy muy agradecida con todos los participantes y los que ayudaron a que este concurso sea posible, la verdad es que fué muy difícil elegir los ganadores, pero hay que elegir, aquí están:

The most valuable prize in this contest goes to @isgledysduarte.
Why is it the most valuable prize? Because comments are what make us meet new people, share and see the point of view of others. If there are no comments, there is no community and if there is no community we are not human.
He also prepared a very good post, and leaves us with the message that being optimistic is one of the characteristics that can allow us to grow and see the other side of the coin in situations of shortages or difficulties.
It is our responsibility to work for our goals constantly, that's why, as you mention, our lemon is ours and we should not compare it with others. People work with situations that are different from ours.

¿Por qué es el premio más valioso? Porque los comentarios son los que hacen que conozcamos gente nueva, que compartamos y que veamos el punto de vista de los demás. Si no hay comentarios, no hay comunidad y si no hay comunidad no somos humanos.
De igual forma preparó un muy buen post, y nos deja el mensaje de que ser optimistas es una de las características que pueden permitirnos crecer y ver el otro lado de la moneda en situaciones de carencias o dificultades.
Es nuestra responsabilidad trabajar por nuestros objetivos de manera constante, por eso, tal y como mencionas, nuestro limón es nuestro y no debemos compararlo con el de los demás. Las personas trabajan con situaciones diferentes a las nuestras.

It tells us that mankind was given a rather sour lemon that resulted in the opportunity to grow or shrink depending on how it was taken.

She describes that many things in life come unexpectedly and most of the time, we see it with the wrong glasses, despair, sadness and anger are some of the emotions we feel.
Sometimes we just have to change the glasses and look at life in a more optimistic way, maybe when we all start thinking positive we will be able to extract the best juice from all our lemon.

Ella describe que muchas cosas en la vida llegan de forma inesperada y la mayoría de las veces, lo vemos con las gafas equivocadas, desesperación, tristeza y rabia son algunas de las emociones que sentimos.
A veces sólo hay que cambiar las gafas y mirar la vida de una manera más optimista, quizás cuando todos empecemos a pensar en positivo podremos extraer el mejor jugo de todo nuestro limón.

Nos incita a que todo forma parte de un paladar, muchas veces los limones que nos brinda la vida son sumamente ácidos, otros más dulces y otros con características que pueden resultar en algo que nos agrade o no.
Todo lo que pasa en la vida es momentáneo, temporal, por esto, debemos ser constantes en lo que queremos y saber que si damos una buena cara a los problemas podemos solucionamos más rápido de lo que creemos.

The award for most creative goes to @genice. She did an excellent and very combined layout. She prepared everything about the theme.
Besides this reminds us that the pandemic has resulted in something different from what we know, tragic in many ways for humans, but beneficial for nature, that with the time it had to rest while we humans were at home, could be restored to give us better sunsets, bluer skies and cleaner seas.
Not everything has been so negative and horrible, many of us have had the joy of growing and strengthening our relationships with our loved ones. And it leaves us a beautiful teaching with this.

El premio al más creativo va para @genice. Realizó un maquetado excelente y muy combinado. Preparó todo referente a la temática.
Además de esto nos recuerda que la pandemia ha resultado en algo diferente a lo que conocemos, trágico en muchos sentidos para los seres humanos, pero beneficioso para la naturaleza, que con el tiempo que tuvo para descansar mientras nosotros los seres humanos estuvimos en casa, pudo restablecerse para brindarnos mejores atardeceres, cielos mas azules y mares mas limpios.
No todo ha sido tan negativo y horrible, muchos hemos tenido la dicha de crecer y fortalecer nuestras relaciones con nuestros seres queridos. Y nos deja una hermosa enseñanza con esto.
