Alright - Monday the 7th March arrived and as planned here we go.
Getting up this morning according to the plan - 06:00 - And doing the Weigh in to look at the start point - Oh dear - Lot of work to do. 108.0 Kg was the obscenity the scale dared to throw in my face so early in the morning.
Instead of getting all too depressed - I got my self going and have now been fasting since 20:30 last night - Only thing i have taken in is Water and Black coffee - Did my 30 minutes during luch with a fresh 3,5 km walk around the area our offices are in.
So the first day is achieved and now to follow up on this - "Only" 29 days to go with 20/4 fasting and minimum 30 minute activity each day.
Will keep the updates coming regularly - And aim is high - We are getting in shape and we are going to succeed!
