Greetings Hive!
We warmly welcome you to , your dedicated Hive Blockchain community covering digital content from various international locations around the world about Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture Design, Urban Design, and Environmental Design.
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
In our continuous pursuit of the best quality publications, please note that we highly value and encourage the creation of more personalized, authentic, and original architecture and design content. Therefore, new modifications have been implemented in our community rules (on the right side of our PeakD.com homepage), particularly rule no. 3 which states:
3 - Content structure with a mix of A) Data of featured architecture or design such as Architect or Designer of work, name, location, history, style, technical details, etc. and B) Author's observations, analyses, reflections, critiques, and experiences of featured architecture or design is desired unless posts are written as educational tutorials or creative narratives, essays, or articles due to unavailability or lack of information.
Moreover, data, information, and facts stated in your publications must not contain written texts that are literally copied, retold, spun, recycled, repurposed, or translated directly from different sources such as physical books or Internet sites like Wikipedia and other similar references. Instead, we absolutely prefer original compositions of words published by our community authors.
From now onwards, we will be reviewing all posts for consideration, nomination, and curation based on the above-mentioned criteria. Thank you for your cooperation.
Moving forward and to celebrate this week's Architecture Brew, we're truly delighted to report to you EDITION #76 featuring our Top 3 publications:

La Casona, as I said, was the residence of the presidents of Venezuela, since 1966, previously it was a sugar cane hacienda called La Carlota that was active since colonial times, until the Venezuelan state bought it and after several remodeling works by the architect Andrés Enrique Betancourt, it became the presidential residence. The first president to occupy these spaces was Raúl Leoni.

Grama Sphere Coffee is located at Sei Serayu Street no. 54 Medan City. The location of this cafe or restaurant is very strategic, because it is on the edge of a busy road that is traversed by vehicles. In addition, many campuses, schools and offices are located around this road area. Of course, as a new coffee shop or cafe located on the side of the road, of course this cafe must have something special to make people interested and come here.

These floating homes are very well known in other parts of the world because of their low cost, considering their proximity to city centres. The area of space in the harbour is cheaper than the area of land in the cities. It is also true that in addition to this, they give you the opportunity of an absolute disconnection when you get home. Since you have extraordinary sea views and hear the seagulls every day of the year.
