This time I'm back to greet my friends with a recipe that I cooked this morning. Yes, the menu that I served to my family this morning was ''Stir-fried Cabbage with Tofu''
This menu is my first. I cook it when I'm too lazy to cook, but I have to cook hahaha
In this stir-fried cabbage, I also added Putin Tofu as a substitute for protein.
The savory taste of the Tofu pieces and also the sweet taste of the Cabbage. Makes me make this dish one of my favorites.

- 300 grams of cabbage
- 3 pieces of white tofu
Spices:
- garlic 2 pcs
- shallots 1 pcs
1/2 tomato
1 red chilies
Coriander leaves
Cooking instructions:

- Then, peel and slice all the spices (onions, chilies and tomatoes)
Prepare a pan with a little oil, after it is hot, add the white tofu and fry until cooked (I crushed the tofu to make it tastier)

After the tofu is cooked, set aside to another part of the pan. Then add the sliced onions. and cook until the onions are cooked.

Add the red chilies and tomatoes. Then stir evenly with the cooked tofu.

- add salt, sugar and flavoring. then stir and wait until the cabbage is slightly wilted.

Add the sliced coriander leaves to the stir-fried cabbage. and adjust the taste. and finally add about 50 ml of water. Cook again until boiling. The dish is ready to be served.
