Ingredientes / Ingredients: 🔪

- 1/2 Aguacate maduro, 4 papas grandes, ramitas de cebollin, 1/2 cebolla, sal al gusto, vinagre, aceite.

- 1/2 ripe avocado, 4 large potatoes, sprigs of chives, 1/2 onion, salt to taste, vinegar, oil.

Preparación / Preparation: 🍠

- En una olla colocamos las papas lavadas y cortadas a la mitad y hervimos hasta que ablanden a fuego alto.

- Place the washed and halved potatoes in a pot and boil over high heat until they soften.

- Cortamos la cebolla en trocitos del tamaño deseado, cortamos el cebollín en trocitos y el aguacate lo sacamos de la concha con ayuda de una cucharilla.
