Today we're going to enjoy another massive workout with a comprehensive approach, as we're going to work the muscles of the lower, middle and upper body. You will have a session where all these muscles will be involved and all through the use of our powerful bands or resistance bands. You will live the tension of triceps pull-ups while in deep squat position, with this I tell you everything and for more details you will have to watch the video, because it really is hot, plus we exercise to the rhythm of rock with a special theme of the same people of @pukumundo, always supporting the #hive talent, which by the way, there is plenty of it.

Hoy vamos a disfrutar de otro entrenamiento descomunal enfocado de forma integral, ya que vamos a trabajar los músculos del tren inferior, medio y superior. Tendrán unas sesión donde todos estos músculos estarán involucrados y todo mediante el uso de nuestras poderosas ligas o bandas de resistencia. Vivirás la tensión de los jalones de tríceps mientras estás en posición de sentadilla profunda, con esto te digo todo y para más detalles tendrás que ver el vídeo, porque de verdad está candente, además de que ejercitamos al ritmo del rock con un tema especial de la misma gente de @pukumundo, siempre apoyando el talento #hive, que por cierto, hay de sobra.
Warm-up Exercises
Today's session kicks off with the powerful warm-ups, a must-do and not-to-be-missed step to get your temperature up and keep your heart rate up. Get active with warm-up 1, leg-pulse pear-shot. Then active with warm-up 2, alternating arm and leg openers.
For the warm-up movements, we have to do at least 3 minutes for each of them. If the body is not yet ready to move on to the next stage, you should warm up a little more. Remember that the main mission is to avoid injuries. Do not forget to take 20-second breaks between exercises, and 1 to 2 minutes between sets; hydration is extremely important to replenish fluids and salts lost during the action.
La sesión de hoy inicia con los poderosos calentamientos, una etapa que es obligatoria e imperdible, eleva la temperatura y mantén tu ritmo cardíaco a tono. Activos con el calentamiento 1, golpes de pera con pulso de piernas. Luego, activos con el calentamiento 2, apertura de brazos y piernas de forma alterna.

Station 3, lateral shoulder pull with hip turn, plus front punch. Si hemos confirmado que el cuerpo está apto para la acción fuerte, nos vamos a la siguiente etapa. Activos
Estación 1, jalones de tríceps sobre la cabeza en sentadilla profunda. La acción inicia desde abajo porque estarás en sentadilla profunda, recibiendo tensión y fortaleciendo todos los músculos inferiores; mientras los tríceps se desarrollan a medida que realizamos los jalones sobre la cabeza a través del uso de las ligas. En todo momento debes mantener tu abdomen contraído. Un ejercicio que permite, además del desarrollo de tríceps, un fortalecimiento sabroso de los antebrazos. Nos vamos con 20 repeticiones en 4 series de puro poder.
Estación 2, abdominales con apertura de hombros. Aquí, sencillamente tu abdomen, brazos y hombros estarán en constante movimiento, las piernas aunque estén con las rodillas flexionadas, sirven de apoyo y por ende reciben su dosis de trabajo. Acción completa en 20 repeticiones por 4 series. Al ritmo del rock.
Estación 3, jalón lateral de hombros con giro de cadera, más golpe frontal. Continuamos con la tensión, esta vez nos vamos de pie para ejercitar los brazos y hombros a través de movimientos laterales y golpes frontales. En todo momento se gira la cadera y el tren inferior debe realizar sus movimientos de giro también. Abdomen contraido. Nos vamos con 20 repeticiones en 4 series por lado. Plomo.
