Lunes, martes y miércoles, no hubo gym para mi, cosa que me hizo recuperarme un poco de todo, no fue a propósito que haya faltado, pero estuvo tranquilo haberlo hecho, hay algunas cosas cocinándose por ahi, y necesitaban de mi presencia, ya que todo esta en orden regrese con mucha mas energía.
Me gustan mucho los días de triceps, hombre y pecho, la energía se siente mucho mas intensa, y es que me gusta porque hay ejercicios que me exigen mucho y progresivamente incluyendo peso, el cual me hace querer mas y mas, pero como dije todo es progresivo, no quiero lesionarme, y sobre todo el hombro que es muy delicado.
Por otro lado, en general haciendo ejercicios me gusta mucho utilizar el abdomen como cinturón para todo lo que hago, me ha servido mucho para tonificar un poco esa parte, me gusta que mientras hago todos los ejercicios, se sienta la tension en el area abdominal, es una buena sensación de dominio y estabilidad.
Amo los cambios, amo los resultados!

I really like the triceps, male and chest days, the energy feels much more intense, and I like it because there are exercises that demand me a lot and progressively including weight, which makes me want more and more, but as I said everything is progressive, I don't want to get injured, and especially the shoulder which is very delicate.
On the other hand, in general doing exercises I like to use my abdomen as a belt for everything I do, it has helped me a lot to tone that part, I like that while I do all the exercises, I feel the tension in the abdominal area, it is a good feeling of mastery and stability.
