¿Como estamos mi gente de Hive y la comunidad de Full Deportes? Espero todos hayan pasado una feliz navidad y un feliz año nuevo y que este año lo estén iniciando con toda la energía.
Y hablando de energía, el día de hoy vengo a compartir el cómo me fue realizando el reto 300 del compañero de la comunidad: @albertocoachbl. Debo decir que he tenido bastante contra tiempo a la hora de grabar este reto ya que tuve que grabar un total de 3 veces.

And speaking of energy, today I come to share how I did the 300th challenge of the community partner: @albertocoachbl. I must say that I have had a lot of time to record this challenge since I had to record a total of 3 times.
La primera vez que trate de grabarlo a los 4 días que @albertocoachbl había publicado el reto, iba bastante bien, pero para mí desgracia, cuando ya llevaba casi la mitad de los burpees note que el teléfono había dejado de grabar, cosa rara ya que todavía tenía varios Gb de memoria disponibles, se imaginaran mi cara cuando me di cuenta 😲. En la segunda ocasión cuando por fin tuve un hueco para grabarlo, hice el reto completo pero el teléfono otra vez me hizo una mala jugada, al final no sé qué paso que el teléfono el cual el solo me corto la grabación y se dividió en 2 partes cortándose unas varias repeticiones, cosa que no me di cuenta que no se grabaron todas cuando estaba editando el video. Sin embargo, eso no se podía quedar así, y dije la tercera es la vencida, cuando iba por los 60 burpees por lo largo de la grabación decidí parar allí la grabación y darle a grabar al instante, así que se verá un pequeño corte, pero no quería arriesgarme a que pasara lo del segundo intento. Y ahora sí, después de un mes, por fin estoy trayendo mi participación de este reto, con una buena gripe, pero eso no es impedimento alguno! 💪
The first time I tried to record it 4 days after @albertocoachbl had published the challenge, it was going pretty well, but to my misfortune, when I had almost half of the burpees I noticed that the phone had stopped recording, something strange because I still had several Gb of memory available, you can imagine my face when I realized 😲. On the second occasion when I finally had a gap to record it, I did the whole challenge but the phone again did me a bad trick, in the end I do not know what happened that the phone which alone cut me the recording and was divided into 2 parts cutting several repetitions, which I did not realize that they were not all recorded when I was editing the video. However, that could not stay like that, and I said the third time is the charm, when I was about 60 burpees for the length of the recording I decided to stop the recording there and hit record instantly, so you will see a small cut, but I did not want to risk what happened on the second attempt. And now yes, after a month, I'm finally bringing my participation of this challenge, with a good flu, but that's no impediment at all! 💪
¿Qué tal me fue con el reto? // How did I do with the challenge?
Honestamente, para alguien que no suele realizar cardio y se centra en entrenamiento de fuerza, creo que me fue bastante bien, aunque también creo que pudo haber sido mejor ya que realmente lo que me dio problema fue el cardio con los burpees, ya que las flexiones es un ejercicio en el que puedo hacer una cantidad muy alta de repeticiones por series, y el animal Flow aunque es de bajo impacto y no representa un reto a nivel muscular, si desgasta un poco en el cardio tantas repeticiones, así que cuando llegue a los burpees ya del cardio estaba fatal.
Honestly, for someone who doesn't usually do cardio and focuses on strength training, I think it went pretty well, although I also think it could have been better because what really gave me trouble was the cardio with the burpees, since the push-ups is an exercise in which I can do a very high number of repetitions per set, and the animal Flow although it is low impact and does not represent a challenge at a muscular level, if it wears a little on the cardio so many repetitions, so when I got to the burpees and cardio was already fatal.
¿Mi estrategia? // My strategy?
Algo muy importante que debo decir sobre este tipo de retos o rutinas de terminar un numero de repeticiones lo más rápido posible a nuestra capacidad es: hay que saber administrar bien nuestra energía, no hay que tratar de hacer todo de un solo golpe llegando al fallo muscular sin haber completado el número de repeticiones porque te vas a agotar antes de lo que deberías, por ejemplo, en los animal Flow yo podía haber seguido haciendo más en la primera serie, pero necesitaba recuperar algo del cardio para seguir manteniendo un buen ritmo, o en las flexiones que fácilmente pude haber hecho muchas más repeticiones de las que hice en la primera serie, pero preferí dividirlo como lo hice para poder mantener el ritmo y recuperar un poco de cardio. Por supuesto igualmente ya hacer los burpees fue algo que me destrozo a nivel cardiovascular y necesite descansos un poco más largos.
Debo decir que en los animal Flow hubo un momento donde perdí ligeramente la cuenta así que termine haciendo 2 repes más al final por si las dudas, y en los burpees me confundí también y termine haciendo 2 repeticiones de más, así que fueron un total de 304 repeticiones jaja.
Something very important that I must say about this type of challenges or routines to finish a number of repetitions as fast as possible to our capacity is: you have to know how to manage our energy well, you should not try to do everything in one go reaching muscle failure without having completed the number of repetitions because you will get exhausted before you should, for example, in the animal Flow I could have continued doing more in the first set, but I needed to recover some cardio to continue maintaining a good pace, or in the push-ups I could have easily done many more repetitions than I did in the first set, but I preferred to split it as I did to be able to keep the pace and recover some cardio. Of course equally already doing the burpees was something that wrecked me cardio wise and I needed slightly longer breaks.
I must say that in the animal Flow there was a moment where I slightly lost count so I ended up doing 2 more reps at the end just in case, and in the burpees I also got confused and ended up doing 2 reps too many, so it was a total of 304 reps haha.
Estuvo bastante divertido realizar este reto y es una manera efectiva de hacer cardio sin necesidad de salir a trotar. Si no han hecho el reto, los invito a que hagan el intento porque está bastante buena y entretenida la rutina.

It was quite fun to do this challenge and it is an effective way to do cardio without the need to go jogging. If you haven't done the challenge, I invite you to give it a try because the routine is pretty good and entertaining.
