Hoy les contaré un poco sobre una ocasión reciente en la que fui a probar algunos oboes en la tienda que es como mi segunda casa con uno de mi solos preferidos.
Today I will tell you about a recent occasion in which I was to try on some oboes at the store that is like my second home with one of my favorite solos.

Como les comenté en algunos de mis post anteriores, yo tengo un problema de sudoración excesiva en las manos lo que ocasiona un gran deterioro en las llaves, (teclas) resortes y en todo el instrumento en general.
As I told you in previous posts, I have an excessive sweating problem in my hands, which causes a big deterioration in the keys, springs and in the whole instrument.
Esto ocasiona que deba ir constantemente a repararlo, todas los repuestos y reparaciones son altamente costosos.
This causes that I have to go to repair it very often, all of the spare parts and reparations are highly expensive.
Afortunadamente, en Venezuela contamos con una especie de ángel, (al menos para mí) que nos ayuda muchísimo con ese tipo de cosas, llegando en ocasiones hasta a regalarnos gran parte de las reparaciones, accesorios y demás.
Fortunately, in Venezuela we have a kind of angel, (at least for me) who helps of a lot with these kind of things, he has even given us for free a big part of the reparations, accessories and more.
A mi en particular me ha ayudado muchísimo y le debo gran parte de lo que soy.
Particularly, he has helped me a lot, and I owe him a big part of who I am.
En una de esas constantes visitas quise probar algunos de sus oboes y entre ellos estaba en un oboe de la marca japonesa "Josef" con las llaves bañadas en un oro que increíble que me llamó bastante la atención y decidí probarlo con un famoso solo del repertorio oboístico.
In one of the frequent visits I wanted to try on some of his oboes, and between them it was an oboe of the japanese brand "Josef" with gold plated keys which incredibly caught my attention and I decided to try it with a famous solo of the oboistic repertoire.
El maestro Miguel quiso grabarlo para mostrarselo a algunos oboístas venezolanos y aquí el resultado:
The professor Miguel wanted to record it to show it to some venezuelan oboists and this is the result:
Este solo es de la ópera de Camille Saint-Saëns, "Sansón y Dalila" que se basa en el relato bíblico de los mismos.
This solo is from the opera by Camille Saint-Saëns, "Sansón and Dalila" which is based in the biblical story of them.
En Venezuela interpretamos seguido como obertura la parte del "Bacchanalle" que hace alusión a las antiguas fiestas romanas. Dicha obertura comienza con el solo de oboe que interpreté en el video.
In Venezuela we perform very often as an overture the part of "Bacchanalle" which refers to the ancient roman holidays. This overture starts with the oboe solo that I performed in the video.
