Hola, comunidad de Hive, ¡bienvenidos a mi blog! Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi experiencia en el tercer día del reto 7x5x4. Me complace decir que este día fue mucho mejor que el segundo y tuve la suerte de estar acompañado por mi mamá, @neilamarcano, y mi hermano Abrahan y Sofía, aunque solo por un breve momento. Aun así, eso hizo que la experiencia fuera muy especial.
El trote comenzó alrededor de las 5 de la mañana. En el transcurso del camino, nos encontramos con los amigos de mi hermano, quienes se dirigían hacia la muralla. Mi hermano y sus amigos suelen salir temprano para ejercitarse y tienen la costumbre de correr desde el lugar donde se reúnen hasta la muralla. Decidí acompañarlos desde allí. Aceleramos desde el principio y, como pudieron notar, el primer kilómetro resultó ser el más rápido que he realizado en toda la carrera, marcando un tiempo de 3:56. Al llegar a casa, esta fue una grata sorpresa y muy motivante.
Después de ese primer kilómetro, mi hermano se quedó a mi lado durante un par de vueltas más, lo que me ayudó a mantener la energía y el ritmo. Finalmente, él se despidió para continuar con su rutina de ejercicios junto a sus amigos. Yo, por otro lado, decidí seguir corriendo un poco más, dando vueltas adicionales. En este contexto, el último kilómetro quise experimentar algo diferente y me adentré un poco más en la ruta, alejándome del recorrido habitual para hacer las cosas un poco más dinámicas. Como resultado, logré completar más de 7 kilómetros.
En total, realicé un recorrido de 7.62 kilómetros en un tiempo de 38 minutos y 5 segundos, con un ritmo promedio de 5 minutos por kilómetro. Insisto en que mi kilómetro más rápido fue el de 3:56, un logro que realmente me sorprendió al regresar a casa. Esta mañana pude correr de una manera más ágil y rápida, lo que me hizo sentir increíble. A diferencia de otros días, no me sentí tan cansado y logré mantener un ritmo constante a lo largo de la carrera.
Con todo esto, me complace contarles que estoy muy motivado para el próximo recorrido. Espero seguir manteniendo este ritmo y no desvincularme de este rango, ya que quiero continuar mejorando mi estado físico y constancia en el ejercicio. Hello, Hive community, welcome to my blog! Today I want to share with you my experience on the third day of the 7x5x4 challenge. I'm pleased to say that this day was much better than the second and I was lucky enough to be accompanied by my mom, @neilamarcano, and my brother Abrahan and Sofia, although only for a brief moment. Still, that made the experience very special.
The jog started around 5am. Along the way, we ran into my brother's friends, who were heading towards the wall. My brother and his friends usually go out early to exercise and have a habit of running from the place where they meet to the wall. I decided to join them from there. We sped up from the start and, as you could tell, the first kilometer turned out to be the fastest I have run in the entire race, clocking a time of 3:56. When we got home, this was a pleasant surprise and very motivating.
After that first kilometer, my brother stayed by my side for a couple more laps, which helped me keep up my energy and pace. Finally, he said goodbye to continue his exercise routine with his friends. I, on the other hand, decided to keep running a little longer, doing additional laps. In this context, the last kilometer I wanted to experiment with something different and I went a little further into the route, moving away from the usual route to make things a little more dynamic. As a result, I managed to complete more than 7 kilometers.
In total, I completed a route of 7.62 kilometers in a time of 38 minutes and 5 seconds, with an average pace of 5 minutes per kilometer. I insist that my fastest kilometer was 3:56, an accomplishment that really surprised me when I returned home. This morning I was able to run in a more agile and faster way, which made me feel amazing. Unlike other days, I didn't feel as tired and managed to maintain a steady pace throughout the race.
All in all, I am happy to tell you that I am very motivated for the next run. I hope to keep up this pace and not get out of this range, as I want to continue to improve my fitness and consistency in exercise. So, without further ado, see you on the next run. Bye.
