Me encantó mantener el ritmo y nunca llegar a los 7. En el maratón pasado arranqué en 7 y desde ahí fui aumentando, o sea a peor. Ahora me doy cuenta que mi ritmo está entre 6 y 6.3, para largas distancias. Ir más lento me cansaría más. Serían más horas corriendo y activo. Así que esta vez voy a correr a ese ritmo y buscar mantenerme en menos de 7, después de la pared (30K). Por supuesto que dependerá de mi pie.

Este entrenamiento también me hizo ver, la falta de fuerza que tengo en las piernas. A pesar que mi costumbre es entrenar en pendiente, observo que necesito entrenar con fuerza. Hubo mucha diferencia entre el cansancio y ya casi dolor de los pies, al cansancio físico de la respiración, que prácticamente no lo tuve.

Otra cosa que me motiva, es que casi no tuve hidratación y no me sentía sediento. Esa condición no la tendré en la CAF, porque habrá hidratación en todas partes y esto me hará más fácil la ruta. Por eso también me siento más confiado. Vi la ruta sencilla y tranquila. No veo mucho por lo que temer, solo la pared, pero confío en que la superaré mejor que nunca.

Ah se me olvidaba, que este entrenamiento largo, lo hice sin haber dormido nada la noche anterior, gracias a mi nuevo vecino ruidoso. Sin embargo no sentí que fuera un obstáculo.

Another thing that motivates me is that I had almost no hydration and I did not feel thirsty. I will not have that condition in the CAF, because there will be hydration everywhere and this will make the route easier for me. That's why I also feel more confident. I saw the route simple and calm. I don't see much to be afraid of, only the wall, but I am confident that I will overcome it better than ever.

Oh I forgot, I did this long workout without any sleep the night before, thanks to my noisy new neighbor. However, I didn't feel it was an obstacle.
