Hello my friends! I hope you enjoyed my review of the first season of Squid Game. After a short break, I'm going to share with you my thoughts on season two and I'm a bit annoyed.
Season 2 was shared on Netflix in late 2024 and consists of 7 episodes. It is like a mini series because the episodes are not long.
First of all, this part will contain a little bit of spoilers, so if you haven't watched it yet, scroll down and read the penultimate paragraph and find out my rating and thoughts. The series starts with the contestant who won the prize and wants to enter the race again. Actually, the goal is not to enter the race again but to finish the race. To catch the organizers of this competition and maybe punish them or hand them over to the police. But the problem is that they can't find out when the competition will be organized.
If you remember, the invitation to the previous competition was when a handsome man came to a subway station and made Gi-Hun play a game. So Gi-Hun hired dozens of men with money and they searched for that man in all the subway stations. After two years, they finally saw him, and after making a man play the same card flipping game, they started to follow him. From there, the man went to a bakery, then to a store where he could buy scratch-offs, and then to a park. A lot of homeless people were sleeping in the park and the handsome man asked them all to choose between bread or scratchers. If I remember correctly, only one person chose the bread and everyone else chose the scratcher. Unfortunately none of them hit the jackpot. This is where things start to get weird. The handsome man threw all the bread on the floor and started stomping on it like crazy. When the homeless people asked him why he was doing this, he shouted “I offered you all bread but none of you wanted it, you don't deserve it”. On the one hand he is right, because people are really greedy. Put yourself in the shoes of the homeless men in the park. Would you choose the bread? If you hit the jackpot on a scratch card your life can change, but a loaf of bread? It will only give you a few hours of satiety. But bread is a net win and a scratchcard is probably a one in a million chance. We all chase that one in a million chance, but are we doing the right thing?
Then they chase him and Gi-hun somehow manages to kill the handsome man. I don't want to tell you that part because it was an impressive scene and I want you to watch it for yourself. Then, after a few tricks, she somehow manages to get into the races. She goes to the races and tries to explain to the people there that these games are not just children's games and if they lose, they will die. He tries to make people believe that he has participated in games before. He even meets one of his real-life friends there and even he barely believes Gi-hun. But after he participates in the first game, he proves to people that he has participated in races before because he got the game right and saved many people's lives.
People all asked him what the second game was and he told them about the second game, but when they woke up the next day, the second game was different! People were shocked and didn't believe him, but there were some people around him who believed him. One of them was contestant 001 who was nice to him from the very beginning. Gi-hun, I'm talking to you, who organized the games when you first joined the games? You can't be this stupid! Shouldn't you keep your distance from that number for that reason alone? This is obviously going to get you in trouble. I could tell you more, but for now I'll just tell you this much so that when you watch the rest, you can see it and everything will be more exciting.
As for my comments on the series, unlike the first season, I didn't like the second season. I especially didn't like the ending. I was suspicious because it was already 7 episodes, two episodes less than the first season and the last episode was very short. Obviously they chose this way just to make the third season of the series easier to shoot. There is one more thing that bothered me about the second season but I will share it after I watch the third season because it will probably continue in the third season lol. My score for Squid Game season 2 is 6 out of 10. A lot of funny videos have been made about the series. Selam dostlarım! Squid Game'in birinci sezonuna dair paylaşımımı umarım beğenmişsinizdir. Kısa bir aranın ardından sizinle ikinci sezona dair düşüncelerimi paylaşacağım ve biraz sinirliyim.
- Sezon 2024 yılının sonlarında Netflix üzerinde paylaşıldı ve 7 bölümden oluşuyor. Bölümleri uzun olmadığı için mini bir dizi tadında.
Öncelikle bu kısım az da olsa spoiler içerecek bu yüzden eğer henüz izlemediyseniz aşağıya kaydırıp sondan bir önceki paragrafı okuyun ve puanlamamı ve düşüncelerimi öğrenin. Dizi ödülü kazanan yarışmacının tekrar yarışa girmek istemesiyle başlıyor. Aslında amaç tekrar yarışa girmek değil yarışı bitirmek. Bu yarışmayı düzenleyenleri yakalamak ve belki cezalandırmak ya da polise teslim etmek. Ama şöyle bir problem var ki bir türlü yarışmanın ne zaman düzenleneceğini bulamıyorlar.
Hatırlıyorsanız önceki yarışmaya davet bir metro istasyonunda yakışıklı bir adamın gelip Gi-Hun'a bir oyun oynatmasıyla olmuştu. Bu yüzden Gi-Hun parayla onlarca adam tutup bütün metro istasyonlarında o adamı aradılar. İki yılın ardından sonunda adamı gördüler ve bir adama aynı kart çevirme oyununu oynattıktan sonra o adamı takip etmeye başladılar. Buradan sonra adam önce bir fırına sonra da kazı kazan alabileceği bir dükkana uğradı ve sonra bir parka gitti. Parkta bir sürü evsiz insan uyuyordu ve yakışıklı adam hepsine ekmek ya da kazı kazan arasında bir seçim yapmasını istedi. Yanlış hatırlamıyorsam sadece bir kişi ekmeği seçti ve kalan herkes kazı kazanı seçti. Maalesef hiçbirine büyük ikramiye çıkmadı. İşler burada garipleşmeye başlıyor. Yakışıklı adam elindeki bütün ekmekleri yere döküp üstünde deli gibi tepinmeye başladı. Evsizler bunu neden yaptığını sorduğunda ise "hepinize ekmek teklif ettim ama hiçbiriniz istemediniz bu ekmekleri hak etmiyorsunuz" diye bağırdı. Bir yandan haklı, çünkü insanlar gerçekten aç gözlüdür. Kendinizi parktaki evsiz adamların yerine koyun. Ekmeği seçer miydiniz? Kazı kazandan büyük ikramiyeyi vurursanız hayatınız değişebilir ama bir ekmek? Size sadece birkaç saatlik tokluk kazandırır. Ama ekmek net bir kazançtır ve kazı kazan muhtemelen milyonda bir ihtimaldir. Hepimiz o milyonda bir ihtimali kovalıyoruz ama doğruyu mu yapıyoruz?
Daha sonra onu takip ediyorlar ve Gi-hun bir şekilde yakışıklı adamı öldürmeyi başarıyor. Bu kısmı anlatmak istemiyorum çünkü etkileyici bir sahneydi ve kendiniz izleyin istiyorum. Ama ilk oyuna katıldıktan sonra insanlara daha önce yarışlara katıldığını ispatlamış oluyor çünkü oyunu doğru bildi ve pek çok kişinin hayatını kurtardı.
İnsanların hepsi ona ikinci oyunun ne olduğunu sordu ve ikinci oyunu onlara anlattı oysa ertesi gün uyandıklarında ikinci oyun farklıydı! İnsanlar şok oldu ve ona inanmamaya başladı ama çevresinde ona inanan bazı insanlar vardı. Bunlardan biri de ona en başından beri iyi davranan 001 numaralı yarışmacıydı. Gi-hun buradan sana sesleniyorum, ilk kez yarışmaya katıldığında kim oyunları organize etmişti? Bu kadar aptal olamazsın! Sadece bu yüzden bile o numaraya karşı mesafeli yaklaşman gerekmez mi? Bu belli ki senin başına bir bela açacak. Aslında daha fazlasını anlatabilirim ama şimdilik sadece bu kadar anlatayım ki devamını izlediğinizde görün ve her şey daha heyecanlı olsun.
Diziye dair yorumlarıma gelecek olursak, ilk sezonun aksine ikinci sezonu beğenmedim. Özellikle sonunu hiç beğenmedim. Zaten 7 bölüm olduğu için beni şüphelendiriyordu çünkü ilk sezondan iki bölüm daha az ayrıca son bölüm de çok kısaydı. Belli ki sadece dizinin üçüncü sezonunu daha kolay çekebilmek için böyle bir yol seçmişler. İkinci sezona dair beni rahatsız eden bir şey daha var ama bunu üçüncü sezonu izledikten sonra paylaşacağım çünkü bu muhtemelen üçüncü sezonda da devam edecek lol. Squid Game 2. sezona puanım 10 üzerinden 6. Seriye dair çok fazla komik video yapıldı.
