Hace solo 3 semanas atrás en mi mente solo habían frases como "es muy difícil" "no vas a conseguirlo" "necesitas nacer otra vez para lograrlo", etc. Y sí, la verdad es que la actividad física era totalmente nula en mi vida, pero conocí la comunidad @hiverun y ver sus publicaciones poco a poco me animó a intentarlo.
No soy un profesional ni nada, al menos no por ahora, pero ya llevo 4 salidas consecutivas superando los 3 kilómetros. Aquí les estoy compartiendo algunos detalles de la última, realizada ayer lunes. La meta es alcanzar 10 kilómetros en la semana.
En esta última ocasión la recuperación sí me costó bastante. Eso lo atribuyo al hecho de que empecé a trabajar en las mañanas y, luego de correr, tuve que arreglarme para ir al trabajo, por lo que el tiempo para recuperarme fue muy poco. De todas maneras, ya estoy listo para mañana volver a salir temprano por la mañana. Hay por lo menos 3 kilómetros esperando por mí.
Finalmente, quiero dejar claro que los únicos que no pueden lograr algo son aquellos que no lo intentan.

I attribute this to the fact that I started working in the mornings and, after running, I had to get ready for work, so there was very little time to recover.
