If you're having a busy day, or just want to chill a bit, why not take 5 minutes to do some cloud watching? It can be a great mindfulness exercise!
- Go/look outside or press play on the video below
- Bring your attention to the sky. What do you notice?
- Colour of the sky
- Any clouds
- Anything in the sky
- If you become aware that you've drifted off, notice where your thoughts/feelings have gone. Let them be/be with them very gently/kindly for a few moments and then choose to bring your attention back to the sky
