This is the Lovesniper Retention curation initiative aiming to retain those quality content creators after making their introduction posts. It was observed that after newbies made their introduction posts, their succeeding posts are often ignored. This initiative will hopefully encourage the newbies to continue posting quality content and interact with anyone in the community. As compilation posts are also done, this will highlight the newbies and will give the community an idea which newbie to look out for.

Happy nights, friends of Hive, today I bring you an anecdote of my daughter Miranda, who presented an exhibition on the environment. On this occasion she had the opportunity to represent the school where she studies, since the activity took place in another school.

Greetings friends of the SWC, In today's post, I'll talk about how I helped my friend @angelmarin get his 360 back. We started like any other day. We stretched our bones, warmed up our muscles, and I usually started with my signature combo. I always started with a 360 swing. I landed on an X-shaped switchback followed by a ginger, and depending on how light I felt, I did a backflip or a forward somersault. If I felt light, I did a forward somersault, which was more difficult than the other. Although both were certainly easy for me, I felt light, but I still felt like something wasn't quite right. I had grabbed something close to the bar on the ginger, so I didn't have much momentum, so I decided to do a simple backflip. It was good, at least.

Hello HIVE and SWC community! Today, I want to share part of my freestyle training, a journey where each session challenges me to push my limits and perfect increasingly complex moves. In this session, I worked on high-difficulty combinations that require power, technique, and precision. The 360 and 540 pull over have been key to improving my flow and control in spins. Additionally, I focused on the double 360 Geinger, an explosive move that demands speed and perfect coordination in the air. I also practiced the straddle, essential for enhancing stability and efficiency in transitions. Each repetition represents hours of effort and dedication, striving for perfect execution. But beyond technique, freestyle is a form of expression, an art where creativity plays a fundamental role. It's the blend of discipline and passion that drives us to evolve in every training session. If there's one thing I've learned on this journey, it's that progress never happens overnight. Every fall, every failed attempt is part of the learning process, and the key is to never give up. Consistency is what drives us to reach new levels and surprise ourselves with what we're capable of achieving!

It was during my first year in the university, I met my mentor at the pedestrian walk way, while walking to my hostel and we decided to have a conversation under a tree. Due to academic pressure, I was always missing church activities, and that was because I was finding it difficult to navigate my life as a fresher.

After the combos, when I finished warming up, I did 3 sets of 4 to 5 reps in straddle front lever. Then I did 6 sets of 6 reps in half, touching the bar. After that, I did 4 sets of 5 pull-ups in tuck advance, but in supine grip. I did it this way because it's the progression I dominate best, and since I want to do pull-ups in supine grip and also the touch, I started with something simple: the tuck advance sets in supine grip.

This dessert is not only wonderful, but it's also surprisingly easy to make with ingredients so common you can find them in almost every kitchen. The first time I made this cake or pie, I did it mostly out of curiosity. I found it interesting to see how the chocolate mixture blends perfectly with the vanilla mixture. And well, after preparing it, I felt a little silly because there is no secret to it.
