Les traigo una refrescante y ligera receta para el calor, hice un "Enrollado de Pepino Relleno de Queso Crema y Arroz", una manera diferente de consumir el pepino y muy fácil de preparar, ideal para un snacks o merienda. Aquí mi receta y preparación. Espero les guste y la disfruten.

- 1 pepino largo, 1 aguacate maduro, 1 taza de arroz aliñado, 1 taza de queso crema, 1 pela papas, papel aluminio.
- 1 long cucumber, 1 ripe avocado, 1 cup seasoned rice, 1 cup cream cheese, 1 potato peeler, aluminum foil .

- Cortar las rebanadas de pepino con el pelapapas.
- Cut the cucumber slices with the potato peeler.
- Colocar las rebanadas de pepino sobre el papel aluminio.
- Place the cucumber slices on the foil.
- Cubrir las rebanadas de pepino con el queso crema.
- Cover the cucumber slices with the cream cheese.
- Agregar el arroz sobre el queso crema.
- Add the rice on top of the cream cheese.
- Cortar el aguacate en tajadas y colocarlo en forma horizontal.

- Comenzar a enrollar con ayuda del papel aluminio.
- Start rolling with the help of aluminum foil.
- Envolver por completo y refrigerar por 1 o 2 horas.
- Wrap completely and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Retirar el papel aluminio.
