Pero en esta oportunidad, vamos a darlo todo con otra super rutina al ritmo del rock, ejecutando una serie de flexiones con variantes que nos van a permitir activar todo nuestro cuerpo; y aunque sabemos que las flexiones están dirigidas a la activación de la musculatura superior, con las combinaciones que les presento también le vamos a dar acción y beneficios al núcleo y a las piernas. Mandatory Warm-Ups
Today's session starts with the powerful warm ups, a must do and not to be missed step to raise the temperature and keep your heart rate in tune. Active with warm-up 1, leg pulse swimmer. Then active with warm-up 2, backward leg jog, plus arm scissors.
For the warm-up movements, we must do at least 3 minutes for each of them. If the body is not yet ready to move to the next stage, you should warm up a little more. Remember that the main mission is to avoid injuries. Do not forget to take 20-second breaks between exercises, and 1 to 2 minutes between sets; hydration is extremely important to replenish fluids and salts lost during the action.
Calentamientos Obligatorios
La sesión de hoy inicia con los poderosos calentamientos, una etapa que es obligatoria e imperdible, eleva la temperatura y mantén tu ritmo cardíaco a tono. Activos con el calentamiento 1, nadador con pulso de piernas. Luego, activos con el calentamiento 2, trote con piernas hacia atrás, más tijeras de brazos.
Para los movimientos de calentamiento, debemos cumplir mínimo 3 minutos por cada uno de ellos. Si el cuerpo aún no se encuentra apto para avanzar a la siguiente etapa, debes calentar un poco más. Station 3, tiger push-ups with leg openings. Tiger push-ups are meant for arm development, giving emphasis to the triceps; now, with the combination of opening leg movement, we'll give you that extra that the body needs to stay in all-over tension. Do not leave this exercise out. We're going with 20 reps 4 sets.

Estación 1, flexión de codos más spiderman. Aquí, para ejecutar el spiderman debemos tener los codos flexionados y mantener el cuerpo abajo. De esta manera generamos más tensión, por lo que el tren superior, abdomen, glúteos y piernas se mantienen recibiendo beneficios. Nos vamos con 20 repeticiones en 4 series.
Estación 2, flexiones con aperturas laterales. Otra combinación que nos mantendrá en constante desarrollo muscular. Una acción integral y novedosa, donde nuestro cuerpo entero será el protagonista de cada movimiento. Las aperturas laterales, para luego ejecutar la flexión, genera tensión sabrosa en cada fibra muscular. Ya ustedes saben que son 20 repeticiones por 4 series.
Estación 3, flexiones tigre con apertura de piernas. Las flexiones tigre están destinadas al desarrollo de los brazos, dándole énfasis a los tríceps; ahora, con la combinación de movimiento de piernas en apertura, le daremos ese adicional que necesita el cuerpo para mantenerse en tensión integral. No dejes este ejercicio por fuera. Nos vamos con 20 repeticiones 4 series.
