Hoy venimos con mas fuerza, energía, y onda rock, porque tenemos para ustedes una rutina súper poderosa para trabajar la zona del núcleo, claro está que el resto de los grupos musculares servirán de apoyo y lógicamente recibirán beneficios para su desarrollo y fortalecimiento. Este video está cargado de mucha acción, así que anímate y vente con nosotros porque con el poder del metal el núcleo de tu cuerpo estará de fiesta; abdomen, cadera, glúteos, piernas y brazos se pondrán a tono, vamos a la acción.

De igual manera con la flexión del codo, los tríceps y bíceps se ven beneficiados. Vamos con 20 repeticiones 4 series.
Estación 3, tensión oblicua con flexión de rodillas. Ejercicio completo para activar todo el núcleo, debido a la tensión que se tiene a nivel oblicuo y por la elevación constante de piernas al momento de la flexión de rodillas. Definitivamente un movimiento muy completo, debes vivirlo. Nos vamos con 20 repeticiones en 4 series, por lado.
