Hola a todos. Quiero compartirles mi entrenamiento de hoy, el cual es muy especial por al menos 2 razones.
La primera razón es que se trató de una carrera a pleno mediodía, algo que no resulta nada sencillo en Maturín, pero logré mantenerme en movimiento durante los más de 5 kilómetros del recorrido. De hecho, durante los primeros 3 kilómetros mi ritmo estuvo alrededor de 5 minutos. Ya para los km 4 y 5 tuve que bajar el ritmo para terminar la ruta planificada.
La otra razón tiene que ver con la carrera oficial de 10 km, la cual se llevará a cabo el próximo domingo. Por ello, me puse la meta de entrenar durante 7 días, haciendo un recorrido de 5 km cada carrera. Así, podré estar en óptimas condiciones para la carrera del domingo 8 de junio. Hoy me sentí bastante bien física y mentalmente, y espero mantenerme así.
Aprovecho para compartir algunas imágenes de la ruta por la que pasé el día de hoy. El clima fue muy caluroso, incluso en los momentos en los que las nubes taparon el sol, pero como dice un amigo de @hiverun, así es como se forja el carácter. La verdad contribuye mucho a mejorar la condición atlética y la resistencia por lo que hoy quise probar a esa hora del día y me fue muy bien.

I want to share my training today, which is very special for at least 2 reasons.
The first reason is that it was a career at a full noon, something that is not easy in Maturín, but I managed to keep moving during the more than 5 kilometers of the route.
In fact, during the first 3 kilometers my rhythm was about 5 minutes.
Already for km 4 and 5 I had to lower the rhythm to finish the planned route.
