Activate Your Lower Body. We are back with my great resistance bands, to give action to all the lower musculature. As always; we offer dynamic and fun exercises and today we're back with some new movements. We are going to activate our legs through the use of the bands and of course; the abdomen and arms will be activated in the background. Say no more and let's exercise together, don't be left behind.

Fase de Calentamiento
La actividad principal y obligatoria inicia con los calentamientos; movimientos esenciales para que nuestro cuerpo esté en condiciones óptimas a la hora de realizar acciones fuertes. No te saltes este paso, evita lesiones. Por lo pronto, nos vamos con el calentamiento 1, elevación de rodilla más giro. Seguimos con el calentamiento 2, esquives laterales.
Cada movimiento de calentamiento se ejecuta durante 3 minutos. Es muy importante determinar que si el cuerpo aún no está activo para la acción fuerte, se debe calentar un poco más. No olvide hacer pausas de 20 segundos entre ejercicios, y de 1 a 2 minutos entre series; la hidratación es extremadamente importante para reponer los líquidos y sales perdidos durante la acción. Por otro lado, debemos tratar en la medida de lo posible, mantener una alimentación balanceada que contribuya a la obtención de mejores resultados corporales.
Warm-up Phase
The main and mandatory activity begins with warm-ups; essential movements for our body to be in optimal conditions when performing strong actions. Do not skip this step, avoid injuries. For now, we go with warm-up 1, knee lift plus twist. We continue with warm-up 2, side dives.

Estaciones de Trabajo
Luego de realizar el calentamiento y comprobado de que el cuerpo está apto para la acción fuerte; nos vamos a la ejecución de los ejercicios centrales de la rutina. Si aun sientes que no estás listo, vuelve a calentar, evita lesiones. Recuerda que cada ejercicio debes hacerlo de acuerdo a tu condición física, vamos poco a poco hasta dominar los movimientos.
Estación 1, patada frontal más rodilla al abdomen en plancha lateral. Para esta estación, vamos a darle duro y a sentir absoluta tensión en nuestras piernas. Además, cuando llevamos las rodillas al abdomen; sin duda alguna, que estamos trabajando esta región corporal. La plancha lateral hace que los brazos estén en la jugada. Vamos con 20 repeticiones en 4 series por pierna.
Estación 2, patada lateral sin apoyo. Aunque le damos trabajo absoluto a las piernas; la tensión que se siente desde los glúteos, hasta la cabeza es sensacional. Vamos a activar ambas piernas en 20 repeticiones por 4 series. Que nadie se quede atrás. Mantén el abdomen contraído.
Estación 3, rodillazo muay thai. Sencillamente, tren inferior, medio y superior, trabajando en conjunto. Cada rodillazo hace que nuestro abdomen se contraiga de forma increíble. Aquí también tendremos acción en 20 repeticiones por 4 series para cada pierna.

Work Stations
