Today, I’m back at 82.9 kg. But that’s okay! As long as the overall trend is going down, I know I’m on the right track. Weight can fluctuate daily, and I’m not letting it discourage me.
Training Adjustments Due to Shoulder Pain
I hit the gym today, but unfortunately, I couldn’t train my upper body properly because I’ve had shoulder pain for the past two days. To avoid making it worse, I’ve decided to focus on legs and some back exercises for the next week. It’s a bit frustrating, but that’s part of the journey.
Setbacks Happen – Keep Moving Forward
There will always be challenges and setbacks, but what really matters is staying consistent and disciplined. A small obstacle won’t stop me from reaching my goal. Progress isn’t always linear, but as long as we keep pushing forward, we will succeed.
