Mi día empezó a las 5:40, un poco tarde a lo que estoy acostumbrado a levantarme, porque con mis amigos acostumbramos a estar reunidos ya a las 5:00 y salir después de que estemos todos. Debido a eso tuve que salir un poco apurado por la hora, pero no me retrasé tanto porque mis amigos fueron a buscar al sector Buenos Aires a un compañero, que vive en la chica y queda muy alejado de dónde vivimos todos. Ya habiéndonos encontrado todos, caminamos hacia la muralla, lugar donde haríamos ejercicios.
My day started at 5:40, a little late to what I am used to get up, because with my friends we are used to be together at 5:00 and leave after we are all together. Because of that I had to leave a little late because of the time, but I was not so late because my friends went to the Buenos Aires sector to pick up a friend of mine, who lives in la chica and is very far from where we all live. Llegando, empecé a calentar para evitar algún desgarre muscular y así evitar cualquier lesión. Ya después de calentar empecé mi rutina con la aplicación Thenics la cual contiene diversidad de ejercicios.
Arriving, I started to warm up to avoid any muscle tearing and thus avoid any injury. After warming up I started my routine with the Thenics application which contains a variety of exercises.
Después de terminar dichos ejercicios, decidí correr unos 3 kilómetros, los cuales empecé dando mi primer kilómetro en un tiempo de 5 minutos con 56 segundos, a partir de allí fui aumentando el ritmo, logrando correr mi segundo kilómetro en un tiempo de 5 minutos con 28 segundos. Y para finalizar mi recorrido, el tercer kilómetro lo corrí en un tiempo de 5 minutos con 12 segundos. En total logré recorrer 3.40 kilómetros en 19 minutos con 15 segundos, con un ritmo promedio de 5 minutos con 40 segundos.
After finishing these exercises, I decided to run about 3 kilometers, which I started by running my first kilometer in a time of 5 minutes and 56 seconds, from there I increased the pace, managing to run my second kilometer in a time of 5 minutes and 28 seconds. And to finish my run, I ran the third kilometer in a time of 5 minutes and 12 seconds. In total I managed to run 3.40 kilometers in 19 minutes and 15 seconds, with an average pace of 5 minutes and 40 seconds.
