Greetings of the day foodies world!
Today we completed the 19th fasting day for the month of Ramadan here in Mauritius! In some other part of the world, they are already into the 21st day fasting...time is just flying guys!
So here I am presenting my 19th Iftaar table which we had just couple of hours ago to break our fast!
But before that, in case you've missed the previous 18 tables, kindly check them out on the below links!

Sunday calls for a fully loaded iftaar table!
The Main Events!
Today, I just did not know where to start with the main courses!
My wife made this cheesy chicken quesadilla...oh how I love Quesadilla!
Then we also had Beef Biryani sent to me by my sister number 2! She is such an amazing cook...all her foods are always super yummy!
My sister in law gave us this delicious grilled chicken & skewer with some spicy French fries!
Snacks!
Me who thought couple of days back that we gonna have less and less fried snacks now on...and here we go!
7 different varieties again today; Chicken Tikka, Fish and Chicken Risolle, Cheezy Halfmoon, Fish Samosas, Chicken & cheese puffs and sweet corn fritters!!!
We had them with a nice sweet & sour spicy sauce!
Drinks, fruits and dessert!
Due to so much food on the table, we only had Moroccan mint tea, Mauritian milk tea and water as beverages!
Some chocolate bars and yesterday's Lime Cheesecake were there for the sweet tooth!
On the fruits side, today I put only some Starfruits and Red plums on the table as we had so much foods to eat...impossible to eat all of these!
My sister number 4 peeled the remaining pineapples we had couple of days back from my uncle and prepared them with some chili, vinegar and salt!
This is the way we Mauritians love eating our fruits!
I also cooked some Pad Thai which I brought from my restaurant...but did not eat it today, saved it for tomorrow's table!
So overall it was really a fully loaded table for our 19th iftaar... and it was way too much food...I later on shared some (nearly half the table) with my neighbor, he was so happy receiving such yummy foods to enjoy!
This will be all for today my friends! Hope you've enjoyed this little late Sunday post same as we've enjoyed eating these delicious foods!
The 20th table coming up tomorrow , stay tuned for that!
Until then,
Wish you a great start of the new week ahead!
Stay blessed!
