, altering the dynamics of the battle landscape! 😤
Today, allow me to discuss the significant transformation in the battlefield landscape brought about by the introduction of REBELLION
Monsters. One noteworthy observation is the Earth Splinter's exceptional performance, particularly in scenarios involving the Wands Out ruleset!

In the presence of the Wands Out ruleset, a battle is mandated where only Monster units possessing the Magic attack attribute are allowed on the battlefield. In this specific battle scenario, players are recommended to incorporate abilities such as Phase, Void, Void Armor, and Magic Reflect in their lineup to effectively counter the Magic attacks.
Without delay, let me recount a battle I faced while engaging in the Wands Out ruleset against an opponent who proved notably superior, particularly when bolstering their lineup with REBELLION
Monsters! 😒

Certainly, those with sufficient experience in playing Splinterlands are likely aware that Immortalis stands out as a formidable counter to Magic Monsters. This is attributed to its ability to bestow the entire lineup with the Void ability. Furthermore, the opponent in this scenario is fortified with the presence of Runemancer Florre and Dr. Blight, adding an extra layer of challenge to my battle against their team! 😖
Yet, what caught me off guard was the opponent's ability to assemble a lineup featuring 3 fully upgraded Legendary REBELLION
Magic Monsters in this encounter, the Monsters that I barely was aware of! While I may have suffered a defeat, every setback presents a valuable learning opportunity, doesn't it? Let's seize this chance to dive into their stats in the sections below.

The Zebajin, a Legendary REBELLION
Earth Unit, was employed by the opponent as their primary tanker. Priced at 7 mana, this Monster flaunts impressive stats, including 2 Magic attack, 3 Speed, 2 Armor, and a substantial 11 Health at its maximum level.
At max level, it acquires the Armored Strike and Last Stand abilities. While the Last Stand ability didn't play a significant role in this battle due to the opponent's choice of Zebajin as a tanker, the Armored Strike proved to be devastating, especially given the Monster's 2 Armor stat that remains impervious in a Wands Out ruleset. Thanks to this ability, Zebajin was able to inflict 2 Magic damages and also followed by another 2 Melee damages through the Armor stat that it possesses! 👍

The opponent also fielded Lord Thanalor, another Legendary REBELLION
Earth Unit, in this particular battle! Although this Monster carries a hefty deployment cost of 12 mana, it boasts impressive statistics, including 4 Magic attack, 4 Speed, 2 Armor, and 10 Health.
At its maximum level, Lord Thanalor possesses three abilities: Amplify, Scavenger, and Rust. In this battle, the opponent strategically positioned the Monster in the backline, aiming to leverage its Scavenger ability. This would allow Lord Thanalor to benefit from an increase in Health stats with each fallen unit on the battlefield! 💀

Last but certainly not least, let's talk about the Nalara Geinek! What sets this Legendary REBELLION
Monster apart is its affiliation with the Neutral Splinter, making it exceptionally versatile for deployment in various battles. With a mana cost of 9, it possesses 1 Magic attack, 3 Speed, 5 Armor, and 10 Health.
The true standout among the introduced Monsters in this post is undoubtedly the Nalara Geinek, particularly when teamed up with the Earth Splinter and especially in the context of battling under the Wands Out ruleset! This Monster, when combined with Immortalis and Physic Goblin, effectively nullifies the opponent's Magic attack thanks to the Void ability and the double Silence debuff. Such a combination has the potential to create an impregnable Earth Splinter! 💪
Have you had the privilege of utilizing the Magic Monsters mentioned above from the REBELLION EDITION?
I'm curious to hear your thoughts on these Monsters and whether you believe they truly elevate the Earth Splinter to a formidable position, especially in the Wands Out ruleset. Feel free to share your thoughts! 😆
