Pukumundo Training.... Acción desde el suelo. Hey, saludos mis amigos amantes de las rutinas de ejercicios, hoy te ofrecemos movimientos muy dinámicos que serán ejecutados desde el suelo. Es decir, haremos combinaciones de ejercicios con flexiones, planchas y abdominales. Aquí todo nuestro cuerpo tendrá acción de la buena, así que prepárate que vamos a quemar calorías por montón, oxidar grasa y ganar muchos beneficios corporales. Tu tren superior, medio e inferior se verán favorecidos en todo su esplendor, no te vayas que lo que viene está muy bueno y al ritmo de Speed Racer, vamos activos.
