Iftaar table number 21
As mentioned couple of days back, now in these last days of Ramadan...we are a little tired of eating a lot of food for Iftaar...that's why now on there will be less and less until the fasting month is over!
But still...hmmm quite a nice array of foods to choose from!
The Main Event!
Today I was at my restaurant preparing some special foods for different guests...and at the same time I made some Grilled Chicken Wrap for home!
We served it with some French fries...was so delicious specially with that special mint mayonnaise that I put inside!
This is called Lamb Naan, and I actually got it from my sister number 4! She insisted that I try it...and man it was really very good!
I will definitely ask for more tomorrow or after tomorrow!
Here's a closer view of the Lamb Naan!
Yum Yum!
Snacks
Some of today's snacks were prepared by my wife and some came from my sister number 2!
We have on the platter : Chili bites, Potato samosas, Cheese halfmoon and Chicken croquette!
All enjoyed with a nice spicy tomato chutney!
Drinks, fruits & chocolate!
Drink-wise we had our usual Moroccan mint tea, Mauritian milk tea, Orange sparkling, pear juice and water to satisfy our thirst!
Below is my wife pouring her Moroccan mint tea in style!
Starfruits, Grapes, Plums and Mandarine were present on the fruit side of things!
After eating so many oily foods, we definitely have to eat some fruits to balance things up!
Isn't it!?
And I also placed some chocolate bars like Bueno, Snickers, Mars and Beacon white for the pleasure of the kiddos!
Well we all love chocolates..the grown up too!
As usual, everyone enjoyed the foods and were all happy with this new iftaar table!
I hope you've enjoyed this 21st one same like we've enjoyed eating the foods couple of hours earlier!
Now we are getting ready for the 22nd day of fast starting in 5 hours!
Wish you all a beautiful day/evening ahead!
