The system wants you to give up. He counts on your fatigue and apathy. It was succeeded with the largest Serbian shrine, Kosovo and Metohija. That’s why now they’re coming for our children…

Smederevo was among the first cities which organized prayer walks at the time of the Coronavirus Hoax and threats of mandatory children’s vaccination. It began with the Association of Citizens ‘Dedovina’. Today procession was organized by three associations: ‘Antiglobalists’, ‘Movement of folk dissatisfaction’ and the ‘Movement of the descendants of Duke Djuša warriors’. So, people of Smederevo did not want to wait for a new Belgrade procession on September 11th – the awakening started and the movement will spread.

About two hundred people went in procession from the Smederevo Fortress…

Смедерево је међу првим градовима организовало молитвене ходове, литије, у време коронапреваре и претњи о обавезном вакцинисању деце. Почело је са Удружењем грађана ‘Дедовина’. Данашњу литију организовала су три удружења: ‘Антиглобалисти’, ‘Покрет народног незадовољства’ и ‘Покрет потомака ратника Војводе Ђуше’. Дакле, Смедеревци нису желели да чекају нову београдску литију 11. септембра – буђење је започело и покрет ће се ширити.

У литију је испред Смедеревске тврђаве кренуло око две стотине људи…

This time, procession was finally led by the priests of the Serbian Orthodox Church, who received a blessing from the Bishop of Braničevo Ignatios.

Овог пута, литију су најзад предводили свештеници Српске Православне Цркве, који су добили благослов од епископа браничевског Игњатија.

There was a lot of children in the procession, just to see for everyone what true pride is. It is about their freedom and future after all.

Било је на литији много деце, да се види шта је истински понос. Ипак се о њиховој слободи и будућности ради.

As always at these procession in Smederevo, the prayer walk proceeded with dignity and without a single incident.

Као и увек на овим литијама у Смедереву, молитвени ход протицао је достојанствено и без иједног инцидента.

Entering the central city street, the number of curious people who wanted to see what was happening increased, and in this way they were informed about the basic message of the procession…

Уласком у централну градску улицу повећао се број радозналих који су желели да виде шта се дешава, и на тај начин су обавештени о основној поруци литије…

On the central square in front of the Cathedral of St. George, the president of the ‘Movement of the Descendants of Duke Djuša Warriors’, Novica Djurđević, first addressed the crowd:

As a representative of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Father Dušan from the village of Vrbovac, near Smederevo, addressed the faithful.

Као представник Српске Православне Цркве, верном народу обратио се отац Душан из села Врбовац, код Смедерева.

Ivica Božić, the president of the association 'Antiglobalists' and one of the organizers of the processions at the level of Serbia, addressed the audience last:

At the very end, the Lord's prayer ‘Our Father’ was read once more and the attendees were invited to the Great Belgrade procession ‘For the salvation of Serbia’ next Sunday, September 11th.

На самом крају још једном очитана је молитва Господња ‘Оче наш’ и присутнима је упућен позив на велику београдску литију ‘За спас Србије’ идуће недеље, 11. септембра.

We parted with the hope that the SPC will stand much firmer behind the processions already on Sunday. In any case, the colonial administration of the RS does not have an iota of trust from the people who come to the rallies.
