Hi guys!!!
Here we are ... after two weeks on the run we returned to propose our recipe to the weekly challenge organized by @qurator. We didn't do the last two challenges so as not to repeat ourselves since the PANCAKE we had already made them for the challenge dedicated to breakfast and the PIZZA for the one dedicated to vegetarian dishes, but here we are back on track for this week's challenge dedicated to MILK!

Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! | Milk
The ingredient of this week's challenge is MILK.
As you know, we like the concept of less is more, but offering you milk and biscuits was perhaps really too less ๐
No, what we have chosen today is a second: chicken nuggets with milk.
INGREDIENTS for 4 people
- Chicken Fillet 300gr
- Whole milk 350ml
- Butter 40gr
- Flour to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste.
- Parsley to taste
First, you need to pass the chicken fillets in the flour. I preferred to leave them whole because they were beautiful fat fillets, alternatively you can cut bites that are not too small and then always flour them.
In a large pan, melt the butter with a drizzle of oil and then place the floured chicken on it.
Brown the chicken until it forms a light crust, turning it from time to time.
When the morsels are golden brown, add the milk and parsley.
Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, a few minutes less if you prefer them creamier.
Serve and add the salt.
And now at the table !!!!!
As per our tradition, a simple and quick recipe, it takes about twenty minutes to prepare, easy to make even for those who are not super chefs but with a "legendary" goodness :-). Accompanied by salad and a piece of grilled bread it is a complete and light dish.

Eccoci quaโฆ dopo due settimane di latitanza siamo ritornati per proporre la nostra ricetta alla sfida settimanale organizzata da @qurator. Le ultime due challenge non le abbiamo fatte per non ripeterci dato che i PANCAKE li avevamo giร fatti per la sfida dedicata alla colazione e la PIZZA per quella dedicata ai piatti vegetariani, ma eccoci di nuovo in pista per la sfida di questa settimana dedicata al LATTE!

Ingrediente della challenge di questa settimana รจ il LATTE.
Come sapete ci piace il concetto less is more, ma proporvi latte e biscotti forse era veramente troppo less ๐
No, quello che abbiamo scelto oggi รจ un secondo: bocconcini di pollo al latte.
INGREDIENTI x 4 persone
Filetto di Pollo 300gr
Latte intero 350ml
Burro 40gr
Farina q.b.
Olio extra vergine di oliva q.b.
Sale q.b.
Prezzemolo q.b.
Per prima cosa bisogna passare i filetti di pollo nella farina. Io ho preferito lasciarli interi perchรฉ erano filetti belli ciccioni, in alternativa potete tagliare dei bocconcini non troppo piccoli e poi sempre infarinarli.
In una padella ampia far sciogliere il burro con un filo dโolio e poi adagiarci il pollo infarinato.
Far dorare il pollo, finchรฉ non fa una leggera crosticina, girandolo di tanto in tanto.
Quando i bocconcini saranno belli dorati aggiungere il latte e prezzemolo.
Lasciare cuocere a fuoco medio per circa 10 minuti, qualche minuto in meno se li preferite piรน cremosi.
Impiattate e aggiungete il sale.
Ed ora a tavola!!!!!
Come da nostra tradizione una ricetta semplice e veloce, ci vogliono circa venti minuti per prepararlo, facile da realizzare anche per chi non รจ un super chef ma di una bontร "leggendaria" :-). Accompagnato con insalata e un pezzo di pane grigliato รจ un piatto completo e leggero.
Come sempre grazie a @qurator per questa bella iniziativa che ci mette alla prova con nuovi ingredienti ogni settimana... e ci piace! :-)
