Berries in a roll (ENG/ITA) Qurator's: Hive Top Chef!

Good morning friends!
Indeed, I haven't been for this challenge for a while, but busy days have stolen time from this moment of haute cuisine by blumela hahaha.
But here I am back recharged with energy and with a new "less is more" dish.
For this weekly challenge organized by @qurator with the subject of BERRIES, I chose a breakfast, or rather a snack, or rather a dessert ... indeed it can be all three.
Very tasty and quick to cook dish unfortunately here is not really the season for berries and I made it with what I was able to find in the small shop near the house, not being able to turn around due to the quarantine.

Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! | Berries!

Ingredient of this week's challenge is the BERRIES.

INGREDIENTS:

Toast bread
Spreadable cheese
Egg
Maple syrup
Berries (I found raspberries but blackberries, blueberries, currants, wild strawberries or tweety as many together are fine too.)

STEP 1

We take the bread from Toast and with the help of a rolling pin we roll it out until it becomes very thin.

STEP 2

Spread the cheese on the slices, I made four for two people, we are very greedy and the dish is very good.

STEP 3

We sprinkle our slices with berries, as previously written I only found raspberries but you can add whatever you like or even all kinds of fruit.
Be careful not to overdo it because closing could become complicated.

STEP 4

Roll the toasted bread to create a cylinder with the cheese and berries inside.

STEP 5

In a bowl or a plate we break our egg and beat a little, once this is done we dip our rolls in the egg and for now, let's keep them aside.

STEP 6

In a pan, we melt a knob of butter and once this is done we begin to cook our cylinders until the egg becomes a golden crust.

STEP 7

We serve!
On a plate, we put our roll of cheese and raspberries, sprinkle with maple syrup and embellish the plate with some berries to taste!

The explosion of flavours at each forkful will make you want to eat, again and again, I'm sorry not to have found anything else especially the CURRAS that in this dish are perfect with their bitter note mixed with the sweetness of bread and cheese.
A quick dish to make at any time of the day whether it is breakfast or a dessert after dinner.

Buongiorno amici!
E' vero manco da un pò per questa sfida, ma giornate impegnative hanno rubato il tempo a questo momento di alta cucina di blumela hahaha.
Ma eccomi tornato ricaricato di energia e con un nuovo piatto "less is more".
Per questa sfida settimanale organizzata da @quratore con soggetto i FRUTTI DI BOSCO ho scelto una colazione, anzi no un amerenda, anzi no un dolce... anzi può essere tutte e tre le cose.
Piatto molto goloso e rapido da cucinare, purtroppo qui non è proprio stagione per i frutti di bosco e l'ho realizzato con quello che sono riuscito a trovare nel piccolo negozio sotto casa non potendo girare per via della quarantena.

Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! | Berries!

Ingrediente della challenge di questa settimana sono i FRUTTI DI BOSCO.

INGREDIENTI:

Pane da Toast
Formaggio spalmabile
Uovo
Sciroppo d'Acero
Frutti di bosco (io ho trovato i lamponi ma vanno bene anche more, mirtilli ribes, fragoline di bosco o titti quanti assieme.)

STEP 1

Prendiamo il pane da Toast e con l'aiuto di un mattarello stendiamolo fino a farlo diventare molto sottile.

STEP 2

Spalmiamo il formaggio su tette le fette, ne ho fatte quattro per due persone, noi siamo molto golosi e il piatto è molto buono.

STEP 3

Cospargiamo di frutti di bosco le nostre fette, come scritto in precenza ho trovato solo i lamponi ma si può inserire quello che più vi piace o anche tutti i tipi di frutti.
Attenzione a non esagerare perchè potrebbe diventare complicata la chiusura.

STEP 4

Arrotoliamo il pane da toast in modo da creare un cilindro con all'interno il formaggio e i frutti di bosco.

STEP 5

In una ciotola o in un piatto rompiamo il nostro uovo e sbattiamo un pò, una volta fatto questo immergiamo i nostri rotolini nell uovo e per ora teniamoli da parte.

STEP 6

In una padella facciamo sciogliere una noce di burro e una volta fatto questo iniziamo a cuocere i nostri cilindri fino a far diventare l'uovo una crosta dorata.

STEP 7

Impiattiamo!!
In un piatto mettiamo il nostro rotolino di formaggio e lamponi, cospargiamo di sciroppo d'Acero e abbelliamo il piatto con qualche frutto di bosco a piacere, a gusto!

L'esplosione di sapori a ogni forchettata vi farà venire voglia di mangiarne ancora e ancora, mi dispiace non aver trovato altro soprattutto i RIBES che in questo piatto sono perfetti con la loro nota di amaro misto al dolce del pane e del formaggio.
Piatto veloce da realizzare in qualsiasi momento della giornata che sia una colazione o un dolce dopo cena.
